It is analyzed by genetic method that loci for Hb,Tf,Alb and Es of blood protein and microsatellites DNA for MCM218,BMC1009 and BMS1248 from Ultra-fine Wool Sheep of type Chinese Merino on the Alpine Area .The study had been used vertical non-denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) to indicated that : (1)Hb,Tf and Es of Ultra-fine Wool Sheep on the Alpine Area had genetic diversity ,but Alb hasn't showed that results.(2)Genotype of Hb was HbAA,HbAB,HbBB controlled by a pair of alleles of HbA and HbB ,which gene frequency was 0.2500 and 0.7500 respectively; (3)Genotype of Tf is TfAB, TfAD,TfBC,TfBD,TfBB,TfBE,TfCC,TfCD,TfCE,TfDD and TfDE, controlled by 5 gene of TfA,TfB,TfC,TfD and TfE. which gene frequency is 0.0577,0.2297,0.1490,0.5279 and 0.0288 respectively;(4)Genotype of Es is ES+/ES+,ES+/ES- and ES-/ES-, controlled by alleles ES+ and ES- ,which gene frequency is 0.5329 and 0.4761 respectively;Genotype of Alb was only SS,which was controlled by Albs gene。The study by being used PAGE also indicated that:3 microsatellites loci showed high diversity ,which alleles were 6. On average , which Polymorphism information content was 0.7391,the numbers of effective alleles was 4.4419 and the average heterovygosity was 0.7761.According to genetic diversity of blood protein and microsatellites DNA ,We analyzed economic traits of Ultra-fine Wool Sheep on the Alpine Area. Based on the points of protein marker level and molecular marker level ,the experiment reslts indicated that:(1)Different genotype of Hb and Es were correlated with wool length of bodyside ,wool extation ,wool fitness and shearing yield (P<0.05). (2)160bp alleles of MCM218 and 288bp alleles of BMC1009 were correlated with wool fitness(P<0.01),which correlation coefficient was –0.956 and –0.912 respectively, 145bp alleles of BMS1248 and body weight of yearling sheep was correlation(P<0.05), which correlation coefficient was 0.952.There for ,these loci may be used as assistant markers early selection for line breeding of Ultra-fine Wool Sheep from Alpine type Chinese Merino.
