After determining the wool parameter, based on the core family of Sichuan liangshan semi-fine wool sheep nuclear breeding farm, containing of 206 members from 8 sire half-sib pedigrees, binding the microsatellite marker technology, a genetic-phenotype correlative analysis was made between 18 microsatellite markers on the chromosome 1,2,3,9 of sheep and 7 phenotype parameter. The 7 phenotype parameter were: staple length, staple length at 18 months, staple length at 30 months, wool yield at 18 months, wool yield at 30 months, wool fibre diameter at 18 months, wool fibre diameter at 30 months. The results of this experiment were as following; the average number of alleles for 18 microsatellite markers was 8.2778 (from 3 to 19), the average heterozygosity was 0.500 (from 0.026 to 0.888) , the average polymorphic information was 0.591 (from 0.253 to 0.833) .The polymorphic information of all the microsatellite markers were at a high or middle level, so can supply a solid fund for this study. The microsatellite markers-phenotype correlative analysis can tell us that 7 wool parameter were relative or extreme significantly correlated with the markers and. They were as following; Staple length was relative correlated with the marker BMS2145 and BMC1009 (p<0. 05); staple length at 30 months was relative correlated with the marker BM2113 and BM1577 (p<0. 05). Wool yield at 30 months was relative correlated with the marker 0arCP79and BMS2145 (p<0.05). Wool fibre diameter at 18 months was extreme significantly correlated with the marker BM21J3, BM6506and BM3501 (p<0. 01); Wool fibre diameter at 30 months was extreme significantly correlated with the marker BMS2145, BM2113 and...
