The Study Of Public Soil And Water Conservation Information System Based On WebGIS

WebGIS is one of the main themes of GIS research, it provided a more intuitionistic way of public oriented information releasing than ever. This thesis is part of the national water and soil conservation monitoring network and information system construction. It is aiming at Establishing a water and soil conservation information releasing platform which that can release spatial information, so as to provide the public more intuitionistic information service concerning water and soil conservation.This article comprehensively analized and compared the basic principles and realization technique concerning WebGIS in the beginning. After that, the article established a load balancing reasonable, highly maintainable and client transplantable public water and soil information releasing system, the develop of which is a typical software projecting process, which used ASP.NET technique and Oracla Spatial, absorbed the traits of different technique, took the practical needs of the water and soil conservation industry into account. The thesis gave a valuable demo to the certain industry that need to release spatial data, the design of water and soil conservation spatial database in which is also an apply of new technique in water and soil conservation industry.
