| With the rapid development of distributed computing technology,object-oriented component technology,network technology,and the popularization of internet day by day in social life,GIS combined with WWW--WebGIS has presented and becomes the most important direction of GIS development at present.Natural rubber,oil,coal,and iron ore side by side for the four major industrial raw materials,are extremely important strategic materials.It is an important developing direction and has significant realistic meaning to develop rubber resource information system and realize the opening,shareable through the modern technique such as computer network technology database technology and WebGIS.Technology.Centring on above-mentioned themes,this paper carries through the study of WebGIS application.Compared to the existing different WebGIS software technology,this paper further discussed the system structure of WebGIS,realization technology and relevant knowledge.Through analysis,the B/S system structure model was proposed and the system was reasonably divided into application layer,logic business layer and data service layer.And application of the system was proved feasibility from technological aspect.Meanwhile,this paper proposed the solution of the rubber resource information publish system based on ArcIMS.And from the characteristics of system the paper had proposed the overall design of the system,the systematic function,the data management method,the rational structure of the database and the combined way of attribute date and spatial data.Finally,based on the route design and technology,HaiNan rubber resource information publish system was developed and designed Based on ArcIMS.HaiNan rubber resource information system was established based on ArcIMS 9.2,ArcXML, JavaScript,and other programming technologies,and incorporation of ArcIMS,ArcSDE and SQLServe2000 technologies by the characteristics of spatial data and functional characteristics of ArcIMS and ArcSDE.Spatial database and attribute database were designed and established,system involved many functions,such as map display,roaming,data query,property information query, thematic maps production,buffer analysis,interactive function.This research brought forward a new method to organize relative data based on four classes regionalism of province-county-township-farm,and established multi-scales spatial database,and thus further realized rubber plantation distribute,sharing by network,scientific management of rubber resource information,using and extracting of rubber resource information,high efficiency spatial index and spatial query.Moreover,the system involved village level recommend fertilization. Meanwhile,Practice has proved that the system uses some new techniques,such as 3S techniques, database technique,information technique,intemet technique.It provides a basic information platform for management,planning and decision-making of rubber resource,and will show its theoretical signlificance and practical value in promoting general share,development and utilization of the database information related to rubber resource.Its method is scientific,its structure is reasonable,and its application is broad. |
