Hydraulic turnover mechanism, working performance of the main working part of reversible plow influences the performance of the plow directly. It was studied by many researchers deeply. For the purpose of applying simulation technique to the designing agricultural machine, the paper adopts the mechanics theory, technique of mechanism simulation, and secondary exploiting of AutoCAD 2000 and MATLAB etc, builds a math model of mechanism simulation and programs to complete the calculation of numerical value and dynamic simulation. After some technical problems in the simulation have been solved, the aim of simulating was achieved. This also provided a method and idea for applying the simulation technique to design other agricultural machines. The results of research indicates:(1) The calculating precision is very high by the combination calculation method using the dichotomy, the secant and the interiority interpolator mixedly in solving surpassing equation by the function of "fzero"in MATLAB. (2) Using the "quad"function for numerical integral in MATLAB (Simpson method) can not only make the error low, but also can directly form the ASCII data document that can be transferred in the main program. (3) The program (written in the Visual Lisp of the secondary exploiting of AutoCAD 2000) can be used to three-dimensional dynamic simulation and check the rationality of designing results and the situation of moving interference. In the program, we make the mechanism moving vividly by "draw and erase"technique. (4) The parameters of turnover mechanism of 1LF-335 hydraulic plow are rational.
