As the rice-planting machine is developing towards high speed, high precision and intelligence, it needs the parts of the high-speed transplanter for better performance. The hydraulic profiling system is an important part of the high-speed transplanter, as the power of the promotion and the control device of the rice transplanting; the performance of it will directly affect the high-speed transplanter's performance.The hydraulic profiling system of high-speed transplanter affects the transplanter's performance severely. The dynamic performance of the hydraulic master element is an important factor to the hydraulic system. So the research aiming at the performance of the high-speed transplanter's hydraulic system has an important meaning about theory and practical application。It can support the technology for the design of the hydraulic profiling system of high-speed transplanter and improve the current hydraulic control system of the high-speed transplanter in order to improve the performance of the high-speed transplanter.This paper mainly researched the hydraulic profiling system of high-speed transplanter using the Simulink box of Matlab to do the simulation research aiming at it. Basing on the dynamic performance's analysis, this paper brought up a method aiming at the modeling and optimization of the hydraulic profiling system of high-speed transplanter, including setting the modeling, analysing the stabilization and the dynamic and static performance, seeking for the optimal parameter of the actuating unit and the other parameters of the system. By analyzing the dynamic performance simulation results of the system and doing the changed parameter's simulation,I get the improved design aiming at the current system which makes the system response reach the expected result and satisfies the needs of the practical work. This research provides the methods and gist for the design and performance forecast of the hydraulic profiling system of high-speed transplanter. The content and conclusion as follows :1.Current research and development trend on transplanter was general introduced, and the importance of theoretical and practical research of high-speed transplanter hydraulic system characteristics was elaborated.2.The computer simulation, particularly the development of the hydraulic system simulation was briefly introduced. The principle, hydraulic simulation method and basic steps were illustrated; advantages and disadvantages of a variety of modeling and simulation software were analyzed. Finally the Matlab/Simulink was selected as the modeling and simulation tools, and Simulink software package was introduced.3.Through analysis of high-speed transplanter hydraulic profiling system and the actual measurement and theoretical derivation of the various components, the existing hydraulic profiling system parameter data was got. and then under the force balance equation and liquid continuous equation profiling systems of mathematical equations were established; the profiling system simulation model was established by Simulink Toolbox, and through the profiling system dynamics simulation results of the analysis, the structural parameters of motion characteristics, the existing system parameter adjustment range was identified, the debugging time for system installation was reduced and efficiency was improved.4.Through the analysis of dynamic performance simulation of hydraulic profiling system and the actual findings, aiming at shock and noise problems of existing hydraulic profiling system, the hydraulic profiling system was designed by adding the hydraulic impact accumulator for absorption, noise reduction, and dynamic quality improvement of system. Through the establishment of a new design of mathematical models and simulation experiment, the feasibility of a new design was verified.
