In order to broaden foundation of maize germplasm, the local germplasm golden queen was been studied. The experiment is divided into two parts. The first part is that eight inbred lines from golden queen germplasm, four inbred lines from modified golden queen germplasm by inbred line Siyi and four inbred lines from modified golden queen germplasm by inbred line Shen137 was crossed by tester lines Chang7-2,Zheng58,4C274,Qi319,E28, thus generated 80 hybrids. Through analysis of yield and combining ability, The experiment was carried out to detect the genetic relationship between golden queen germplasm and the other germplasms mainly in China, to detect the method of how to modify and utilize golden queen germplasm. Through analysis of agronomic traits of hybrid, the main characters of golden queen was clarified. The second part is that SSR was employed to analysis cluster of golden queen inbred lines and modified golden queen inbred lines by Siyi and Shen137. The result show that:1 Through yield analysis, golden queen inbred lines can be used directly and have heterosis with Qi319, modifying golden queen by Siyi and Shen137 is efficient, modified golden queen inbred lines have heterosis with E28.2 Through GCA analysis and comparing, modifying golden queen germplasm by Siyi can generate inbred lines with high GCA.3 Through SCA analysis, the genetic difference between inbred lines from golden queen germplasm and P cluster is large; The genetic difference between inbred lines from golden queen germplasm modified by Siyi and Lvdahonggu, Sipingtou cluster is large; The genetic difference between inbred lines from golden queen germplasm modified by Shen137 and Lvdahonggu is large.4 The result of cluster by SSR indicates that the genetic distance between golden queen inbred lines and P cluster is large, the genetic distance between golden queen inbred lines modified by Siyi and Lvdahonggu and Sipingtou cluster is large, the genetic distance between golden queen inbred lines modified by Shen137 and...
