Bee cell pollen is a kind of edible pollen stored in bee's comb with the process of mastication, extrusion, honey secretion and biochemical transformation adding to appropriate temperature and humidity. Bee cell pollen has high nutrition and is easy to be absorbed. Compared with pollen, bee cell pollen is more sanitary and able to bear storage. But it is difficult to collect bee cell pollen because of being locked in the bee's comb at present.Our research aimed at collecting and developing bee cell pollen easily by improving existed tools of collecting bee products and forming productive technique guideline and quality grade standard of bee cell pollen in order to be at market. The main results were reached as followings as:1. CombComb parts were designed according to basal structure of natural comb, physical and chemical characteristics of pollen and principle of Youxianyuan Method. Mono-side comb parts were assembled into other parts of the same comb that could produce many different products based on the bee's ecological behavior that reproduction, storage food were carried on at different part in one comb. Bi-side comb parts were also used to produce various products. The above broke the situation that bee cell pollen was difficult to collect and provided feasibility for production of bee cell pollen.2. Productive technique guideline of bee cell pollen (draft)Productive technique guideline of bee cell pollen was made referring to that of pollen and based on the results at apiaries of Northeast Forestry University, Lesser Khinghan Mountain and Sinkiang. The common production points between bee cell pollen and pollen were to select flower sources well and to organize bee collection group, while the difference lied in transformation method of collecting pollen that compulsive collecting pollen was turned into collection by plastic comb. When disjoin-combine plastic comb was used, the pollen comb should be drawn out timely in order to avoid bee's feeding. A series of process should be done after collecting bee pollen until it could be stored, but only simple desiccation was needed for bee cell pollen. New productive technique should be improved in practice in order to meet the demand of producing high-quality bee cell pollen.3. Quality grade standard of bee cell pollen (draft)Quality grade standard of bee cell pollen was made based on experimental results of sensory, chemical and physical, and sanitary indexes, and combination with other relative researches and state demand on quality of food. The difference between bee cell pollen and pollen existed in shape, color, smell, water and protein content. While other physical and chemical indexes and sanitary indexes showed no significant difference. Some indexes appeared change because of difference of plant species, places and seasons, but the basal indexes were consistent.
