Preparing The Mechanism Of Compound Resisting Stress Drugs "Gong Jian Ⅰ" And Study Its Effects On Weaned Piglets

This paper reported that the incidence and the mortality of PWSD were respectively 75.70%,14.47%,72.78%, 12.69%, 56.74%, 10.82%,by investigating total 3422 piglets weaned at 21d, 28d and 35d on three great scale pig forms in RongChang city. The NID and WDS were extrusive while the EDS,WPS,WSS and TB-EBS were fewer of PWSD. The author filtered a compound prescription which was primarily made up of levamisole - an immune enhancer, Chinese traditional medicines and electrolyte by small animals tests in which the control indexes were the average daily gain,feed efficiency and rate of diarrhoea. The result showed that "Gong Jian I " was the best resisting stress drug which was made up of levamisole, Chinese traditional medicines (Astragalus membranaceus, Psoralea corylifolia, Epimedium brevicornum) and electrolyte.The author used white mice as experimental animals to study the effect in toxicity and the result showed that the LD₅0 of "Gong Jian I " was 28.26 ± 0.50g/kg; Not only the body weight of testing white mice increased remarkable (P<0.05) , but also the thymus,and spleen did.The results of pharmacology test showed that "Gong Jian I " could heighten markedly the phagocytosis of macrophage (P<0.01), increase the EA% of T-Ly., ANAE% of T-Ly. (P<0. 01) and the amount of circulatory antibody (P<0. 05); The percentage of T-Ly. in testing piglets increased remarkably (P<0. 01), and the average value of total protein, globe protein, T₃,T₄ increased markedly (p<0. 05), The value of SUN, Cortisol and Glucose lowered markedly (p<0.05), The value of P,Na⁺,Cl^- and K⁺ value rised markedly (p<0.05).They used 35d old weaned piglets as experimental animals to study the effect and mechanism of the drugs on weaned piglet. The result showed that the average daily gain of weaned piglets in control group decreased 0.31kg at 3rd, but atthe days of 7thu loth, 30th, the average daily gain in all the control group increased markedly (P<0. 01 or P<0. 0b): The range of net gain was 0. 72kg 1.37kg, the best was 32.5%; As mechanism of compound resisting stress drugs , all of the "Gong Jian I " > Phenobarbi tal Sodium and Acid Citric could be used to prevent and cure the PWSD, in which the effects of "Gong Jian I " and Acid Citric were best ; We used newborn pigs as experimental animals to study the effect of "Gong Jian I " on the susceptibility to E.coli. The result was that the drug can improve the immunity of piglets obviously and reduce the susceptibility Of newborn pigs to E.coli.The experimental result states clearly that "Gong Jian I " is a drug with varies functions to adjust Cell-tnimunityx Body fluid- Immunity and endocrine in body, It can preserve the balance of organism' s electrolyte and restore the defect of organism' s Immunity . "Gong Jian I " can strengthen the organism' s acquired immunity, adjust the organism' s endocrine, fill up the organism' s electrolyte to full strength, restore the defect of organism' s Immunity, and then to relax the stress acquired from earlier weaning in piglets ; as well as it can prevent and cure the PWSD or reduce the percent of PWSD; and then to increase indirectly the percent of the growing weight.
