At present,antibiotics are commonly used as feed additives to preventing diseases,modern research shows that the application of antibiotics often accompanied by intestinal flora imbalance.But the researches of tradition Chinese medicine found that Chinese medicine could cure the imbalance of intestinal flora.We constructed dysbacteriosis mice with three kinds antibiotics of Lincomycin Hydrochloride?Cefazolin Sodium and Ampicillin Sodium.Then we chose select medium to observe the number of Bifidobacterium?Lactobacillus,Enterobactcr and Enterococcus in the jejunum treated by the compound Chinese traditional medicine.And we also observe the location and the number of CD4' T lymphocytes?CD8+ T lymphocytes,determinate the mRNA levels of Muc2and Muc3 by fluorescence quantitative PCR and the protein levels of sIgA?IL-6 and IL-10 by ELISA.The results are as follows:1..Co,mpared with the normal group,the number of Lactobacillus?Bifidobacterium?Enterobacter and Enterococcus in the intestine of the mice which irrigated with high-dose of antibiotics(the model group)was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the number of Bifidobacterium?Lactobacillus?Enterobacter and Enterococcus in the high,middle and low dose group were significantly increased(P<0.01),the number of Enterohacter and Enterococcus in the natural recovery group were significantly increased the number of Bijiclohacterium?Lactobacillus?Enterobacter and Enterococcus,the number of Bificlobacterium and Lactobacillus were no significant difference between the model group and the natural recovery group(P>0.05).2.Immunohistochemical results show that:compared with the normal group,the number of CD4,CD8+ T cells in the model groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01);compared with the model group,the high dose and middle group were dramaticlly increased(P<0.01).3.The fluorescence quantitative PCR results showed that:compared with the normal group,the expression of Muc2 and Muc3 mRNA in model group were greatly reduced(P<0.01),compared with the model group,the expression of Muc2 and Muc3 mRNA in the high dose and middle group were markedly increased(P<0.01),the expression of Muc3 mRNA in the low dose group and natural recovery group were significantly increased(P<0.01).4.ELISA results show that:compared with the normal group,the expression of sIgA,IL-6 and IL-10 in model group significantly increased(P<0.01),compared with model group,the expression of sIgA and IL-10 in the high,middle,low dose group and natural recovery group significantly increased(P<0.01);the expression of IL-6 in the high,middle dose group dramaticlly increased(P<0.01),there have no significant difference between the low dose group and the natural recovery group(P>0.05).
