| Sixty-four multiparous does were used, using their offspring as our subjects. The subjects were randomly divided into 8 groups, having 8 litters with each group. Each group stays 7 through fostering or eliminating. The nutrition levels of early diet were divided into high level and medium level;weanling ages were arranged at 21d, 25d, 28d, 35d respectively, the experiment was designed by 2 (nutrition levels of diet ) × 4 (weanling ages) factors. The determining indexes were as follows: daily gain weight, daily feed intake, digestibility, intestinal development, the micro-organism number of cecum the pH of gastrointestinal tract, diarrhoea rate and biochemical index of blood.The results were as follows:The part one: the effect of weaning ages on every index. For the same age, the weight of 21d had no difference among groups (P>0.05);at 28d, the weight of W21 was significantly lower than that of other groups (P<0.01), the weight of W25 was significantly lower than that of W28, W35 (P<.05);at 35d, the weight of W21, W25 was significantly lower than that of W2 8, W35 (P<0.01), the front two had significantly difference (P<0.01);the weights of 56d had no significant difference among groups (P>0.05).During the period of 21~28d, the tendency of daily feed intake was decreasing with weanling age delaying, the daily feed intake of W21, W25 was significantly higher than that of W28, W35 (P<0.01), the front two had significantly difference (P<0.01);During the period of 29~35d , the daily feed intake had significant difference among groups (P<0.01);during the period of 36~56d, the daily feed intake of W21, W25, W28 was significantly higher than that of W35 (P<0.01), during the whole period, the daily feed intake had significant difference among groups (P<0.01) .During the period of 21~28d, the daily weight gain of W21, W25 was significantly lower than that of W28, W35(P<0.01), the front two had significantly difference (P<0.01), During the period of 29~35d, the daily weight gain did not differ between W21 and W25(P>0.05), but the two were significantly higher that of W28, W35 (P<0.01), the difference between W28 and W35 was significant (P<0.01);during the 36~56d, the tendence was reverse, the daily weight gain of W21, W25 were significantly higher that of W28, W35 (P<0.01).During the period of 21~28d, the raito of feed/weight of W21, W25 was significantly higher than that of W28, W35(P<0.01), the front two had significantly difference (P<0.01), During the period of 29~35d, the raito of feed/weight had significant difference among groups (P<0.01);during the period of 36~56d, the raito of feed/weight of W21 was lower than that of W28, W35, the raito of feed/weight of W25 was lower than that of W35;during the whole peiod, the raito of feed/weight of W21 was significantly higher than that of other groups (P<0.01), the raito of feed/weight of W25was higher than that of W35.The level of glucose, total protein, albumin globulin in blood remained increasing with weanling age shortening, glucose and albumin among groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), The level of serum urea nitrogen and cholesterol remained decreasing with weanling age shortening,having no significant difference, globulin and total protein between W21, W25 were remarkably higher than that of W35 (P<0.05);The level of serum enzyme remained increasing with weanling age shortening, having no remarkable difference between GOT, GPT;but the level of ALP of W21, W25, W28 were higher than that of W35 (P<0.01) .Weanling age had no great effect on pH of gastrointestinal tract.The villus height of duodenum remained increasing with weanling age shortening, having no great difference among groups;the crypt depth W21, W25, W28 was lower than that of W35,having no great difference.Weanling age had no great effect on digestibility.weanling earlier, digestibility higher.Weanling age had no great effect on the number of micro-organism in cecum.For diarrhoea rate and mortality, during the whole experimental period, the diarrhoea rate and mortality of W28, W35 were zero, during the period of 29~35d, the diarrhoea rate and mortality of W25 were higher than that of W21, during the remaining period, the diarrhoea rate and mortality of W25 were lower than that of W21Part two:the effect of nutrition level of early diet on every index. For weight,during the period of 21~35d, compared to those rabbit ingesting diet 2, the weight of those rabbit ingesting diet 1 was higher, having no significant difference, during the latter peiod, the result was reverse to the result of former period.The tendence of daily weight gain, daily feed intake and weight was similar,during the period of 21~35d, daily weight gain, daily feed intake of those ingesting diet 1 was higher than that ingesting diet 2,having no remarkable difference.during the latter period, the result was reverse to the former result.For the raito of feed/weight, during the period of 21~35d, the raito of feed/weight of those ingesting diet 1 was higher than that ingesting diet 2,having no remarkable difference;during the latter period, the result was reverse to the former result.The effect of rabbit ingesting different nutrtion level diet on the level of glucose, urea nitrogen, albumin, globulin, total protein and cholesterol was not significant. Compared to those ingesting diet 1, the level of glucose, albumin, globulin, total protein was higher for the rabbit ingesting diet 2,but the level of cholesterol, urea nitrogen was lower. The effect of rabbit ingesting different nutrtion level diet on the level of GOT, GPT, ALP was not significant. Effect of ingesting diet 2 on level of Alkaline phosphatase, was higher than that of ingesting diet 1 (P>0.05), however, the level of GOT, GPT were lower.The pH of gastrointestinal tract among groups had not significant difference,meaning that early different nutrition level of diet had no effct on pH of gastrointestinal tract.The effect of rabbit ingesting different nutrtion level diet on crypt depth and villusheight of duodenum was not great, Compared to those ingesting diet 1 ,the villus height of duodenum in rabbit ingesting diet 2 was higher, having no significant difference (P>0.05) ,but crypt depth had reverse result.Early different nutrition level of diet had no effect on digestibility of feed, Compared to those ingesting diet 1, digestibility of diet 2 was higher (P>0.05).The effect of rabbit ingesting different nutrtion level diet on the level of micro-organism of cecum was not great, Compared to those ingesting diet 1 ,the number of cecal lactobacillus and bacillus bifidus in rabbit ingesting diet 2 was higher, having no significant difference (P>0.05). the tendence of E. coli was reverse to the front two.Except for the period of 29~35d, diarrhoea rate of diet lwas higher than that of diet 2 at the other periods;except for the period of 21~28d, mortality of diet lwas higher than that of diet 2 at the other periods. |
