China is one of the main producing areas of peanut in the world. For years, the whole level of peanutharvester mechanization is so low as to influence the development of peanut industry. As the planting areaof peanut is increasing and the harvest pressure of peanut is aggravating, peanut picking mechanization ismore and more important in the process of peanut production. After having researched peanut productionpresent situation and the methods of the peanut stripping of china, this thesis empoldered the half feedingtype peanut stripping tester. The main contents are as follows:The structure and operating principle of the half feeding type peanut stripping tester are briefly analyzed,and primary capabilities of this test-bed are summarized. Optimizing feeding system, transportation system,picking system of this peanut picking tester is the key point of this research. New structure and newoperating principle are explored.In the optimum experiment of performance parameter, this paper mainly describes the relationship of thestructure and motion parameters with performance targets by the experiment of the main indexes-pickingcylinder rotate speed, clamp feeding speed and picking cylinder diameter, while the dominant factorswhich control peanut stripping targets and their markedness levels are achieved.By the performance experiments and result analysis of the half feeding type peanut stripping tester, theregression mathematical models are created between the structure and motion parameters-picking cylinderrotate speed, clamp feeding speed, picking cylinder diameter and performance parameters, and exploredthe relation between parameters and performance of the peanut stripping targets.The operating load testing for the torque of power input of picking device, obtained the average andamplitude value counting results by means of rain-flow counting method, and educed the load distributingfunction using statistical principle, provided an important foundation for the component's fatigue life.The paper results offer the practice guidance for the half feeding type peanut picker. For the same time,it offers the theory foundation and scientific guidance.
