Mechanized seedling transplantation has important meaning to increase the production of cotton and improve the quality of cotton fibre. But the feeding efficiency and rate of standing restrict the popularization of this advancded fanning mode.Transplanter of parting-soil-boots was proposed based on chute planter after compared the merit and shortcoming of various transplanters during home and abroad. Conveyer belt was used to feeding bowl which improved the efficience of transplanter. The parting-soil-boots play a good role in the standing rate of bowl as a innovation in the research of transplanter.Virtual prototype technology was used to test the contact force of bowls during the process of feeding which is difficult to measure in the physical experiment. The optimal values of elastic constant of the spring, the contact point between the spring and the bowl and the velocity of the transplanter.
