The Safety Evaluation On The Basis Of Analysis Of Pesticide Residue In Export Vegetables

Recently, by legislation and depending on the superiority of perfect systems, advancement of technology and equipment, and the pretext of product quality's secure, developed countries setuped technical trade vallation, and continual improved import threshold of primary products, which severely affected on the trade of our country's primary products. In order to break through the technical vallation in international trade, and insured secure quality of our exported vegetables, based on the applying of the controlling systems in export vegetables'quality, the study combined with production practice of export vegetable in Shandong, using risk analysis and HACCP principles, investigated the polluted situation of focal pesticides in polluted vegetables that main export countries controlled, and also studied the sprayed pesticides'residue accumulation in different vegetable products, such as spinach, carrot and young soy bean, analysed the affect of raw vegetables'pesticide residue on different processed vegetables', and purpose of the treatment was analyse and evaluate pesticide residue harms to the export vegetables. The main results as follows:1. The export batches, quantity and value of vegetables in Shandong province increased year by year, the average increase rate from 2003 year to 2005 year was 19.25%,7.14% and 23.82% respectively. The unqualified rate of export vegetable tended to decline, but during the vegetable production, the question of unreasonable applied pesticide was still outstanding. The unqualified products were mainly fresh vegetables; the inspected pesticides over standard main were Chlorpyrifos, DDVP, Cypermethrin, Methamidophos and so on.
