In order to comparativly study on the infectious regularity of edlworms in alimentary tract and the relationship between it and the system of oxidation or anti-oxidation in mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in pasture, the method of counting worm eggs of feces in rectumt ,the method of smearing by venous blood and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used to determine the amount of edlworms in alimentary tract,eosinophile granulocyte (EOS) in blood and the content of hydroxy radical(?OH), nitric oxide(NO),maleic dialdehyde(MDA),total superoxide Dismutase(T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity (TAC) in blood of lamb, young an adult mongolia sheep and dorset sheep .The result exhibited infectious rate and intensity of edlworm in dorset lamb was signigicantly higer than those in mongolia lamb in autumn(P﹤0.05 ),the infectious rate and intensity of edlworm in young and adult dorset sheep were higer than those in young and adult mongolia sheep in autumn.The amount of eosinophile granulocyte in blood of dorset lamb was signigicantly higer than that of mongolia lamb in autumn(P﹤0.01), The amount of eosinophile granulocyte in blood of young and adult dorset sheep was higer than those in young and adult mongolia sheep in autumn.There is not significantly difference in infectious rate ,intensity of edlworm and the amount of eosinophile granulocyte between mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in spring.The content of hydroxy radical(?OH)and maleic dialdehyde(MDA) in blood of dorset sheep in spring and autumn were significantly higher than those of Mongolia sheep in spring and autumn(P﹤0.05),and the content of hydroxy radical(?OH)and maleic dialdehyde(MDA)in blood of Mongolia and dorset sheep in autumn are significantly higher than those of Mongolia and dorset in spring(P﹤0.05),but there was not significantly difference in the content of nitric oxide(NO) in blood between mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in spring or autumn. Hwever, the content of nitric oxide(NO) in blood of mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in autumn was higher than those of mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in spring(P﹤0.05).The content of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in blood of mongolia sheep in spring or autumn was higer than the of dorset sheep in spring or autumn(P﹤0.05),the content of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in blood of mongolia sheep and dorset sheep in autumn was lower...
