Xinchun No.31 as tested material,using split plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of selenium at different densities on the growth,yield,selenium content and seed vigor of spring wheat.In test,the main plot planting area density?D?include 4.5 million shares·hm-2?D1?,6 million shares·hm-2?D2?and 7.5 million shares·hm-2?D3?in three level,split plot set quantity of selenium?Se?include 0 g·hm-2?Se1??15 g·hm-2?Se2??30 g·hm-2?Se3??45 g·hm-2?Se4?and 60 g·hm-2?Se5?in five level,which were used to spray plants before the grouting.The main results are as follows:The effect of density on the growth of spring wheat was not significant,and the total stem number,plant height,stem diameter,internode length,flag leaf SPAD,flag leaf area,leaf area index,panicle number,spikelet number Long,1000 grain weight and yield were significantly affected.The wheat growth period lagged when it had been selenium treatment.There were significant differences in plant height,leaf height,flag leaf SPAD value,flag leaf area,leaf area index,grain yield,grain weight per spike and grain number per spike.With the increase of selenium content,the above indexes increased first and then decreased.The selenium treatment on stem diameter,internode length and panicle number were not significant.The highest yield was the D2Se4 treatment,which can reach 7813.08 kg·hm-2.The effects of density and selenium on dry matter accumulation after anthesis were significant,that showed a trend of slow increase and decrease,and the dry matter was the highest.The contribution rate of dry matter to the grain increased first and then decreased,the dry matter transfer and post-anthesis accumulation reached the maximum at the D2Se4 treatment,which was 10027.2 kg·hm-2.The amount of dry matter accumulation?y?increased with the increase of selenium content?x?,but the amplitude decreased.The best of dry matter accumulation of stem,leaf and seed was density of D2,the second-order equation as follows:y=-0.1886x2+18.234x+3951.9?R2=0.8919??y=-0.1137x2+14.858x+1684.13?R2=0.892?and y=-0.5289x2+50.032x+10522?R2=0.9213?,glume performance is the first to continue to reduce the trend of gradual decline.The glume showed the trend of decreasing and then tending to be gentle.The content of total selenium in each organ increased with increasing amount selenium content,and it was positively correlated with selenium content,the correlation coefficient was above 0.960.The utilization rate of selenium in grains decreased with increasing amount Se applied,applying Se per 1 g·hm-2,the average grain selenium content increase 5.558.90?g·kg-1.When the selenium content was 45 g·hm-2,the selenium content in the grain reached the selenium-enriched standard.The accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus was significantly different,and the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus was significant difference.There was no significant difference in the accumulation of potassium in addition to Se5.There was no significant difference in plant density among the grain length,seedling fresh weight,dry weight,root length,seedling length and root number,and there was significant difference in the rest of the index;the effects of selenium on grain length was not significant,the remaining indicators were significantly different.The above indexes were first increase and then decrease when the selenium concentration increased.The maximum germination rate,germination potential and germination index increased to 96.33%,83.22%and 39.52 by selenium treatment,and that increased by 2.72%,3.74%and2.97%compared to the control,the index unchanged or decreased when increase the concentration of selenium.The fresh weight,dry weight,root length and seedling length of seedlings were the highest under the treatment of Se4.With the increase of selenium concentration,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,root and fresh weight of wheat increased first and then decreased.When the concentration of selenium was 1.0 mg·L-1,the germination rate and selenium concentration of the wheat flour were the most favorable,and the above indexes reached the highest.However,the indexes decreased when the concentration was more than 2.5 mg·L-1.In consideration of the indicators,the density of 6 million plants and selenium amount to 45 g·hm-2can increase the yield of Xinchun No.31 wheat,which can effectively increase the yield,achieve the effect of Se-enriched and also can improve the seed vigor.
