There are 17 different pepper materials infected with CMV and TMV in seedling stage. Screened anti-viral materials and middle disease-resistant materials for the hot pepper antiviral disease breeding. Simultaneously chose 6 materials which had different levels resistant to CMV and TMV to detect physiological biochemistry targets around vaccinated virus and research on the changes of physiological targets after vaccinated virus which provided the physiology basis for the hot pepper anti-viral disease breeding in this experiment. The result indicated that:1.The seedling stage artificial infected CMV-P3163 appraisal result indicated that, in the 17 hot pepper materials which have no immunity and high anti-CMV material, 1 disease-resistant material, 9 middle disease-resistant materials and 7 sickness materials. But to the TMV which have no immunity and the high anti-TMV material, 1 disease-resistant material, 2 middle disease-resistant materials and 14 sickness materials.9641-17-3 displayed disease-resistant to CMV and TMV, J04-59 displayed sickness.2.The correlation analysis of the pepper's anti-viral disease ability and physiological biochemistry targets indicated that:Significant positive correlation was found between the pepper's anti-CMV ability and the soluble total sugar content. Extremely significant positive correlation was found between the pepper's anti-CMV ability and the POD activity. But the coefficient of correlation between the pepper's anti-CMV ability and the PAL activity was minimum, so did the hot pepper's dry material content. Significant positive correlation was found between the pepper's anti-TMV disease ability and the soluble total sugar content, so did the protein content and the POD activity. Significant positive correlation was found between the pepper's anti-TMV disease ability and the SOD activity. But the coefficient of correlation between the pepper's anti-TMV disease ability and the chlorophyll content is minimum.3.In this experiment, during 1~11 days after the pepper infected with the virus in seedling stage, regardless of anti-viral disease materials or sickness materials, the soluble sugar content and the soluble protein content elevated at first and reduced at last, so did the...
