Collectively owned non-commercial forest is the important constituent of our country forestry construction. It is the form that collectively owned forest for goal of ecology benefit. It is the difficulty and crux to carry out the ecology benefit compensation.The theory of ecology economics, economics and policy study has been selected to analyze the character, compensation mechanism and problems of collectively owned non-commercial forest. Research chose Cangwu county as a case study, and points out corresponding measure and suggestion for the problems of collectively owned non-commercial management and compensation. This research will be meaning to sustainable management and compensation of collectively owned non-commercial forest.
