Effects Of Modified New Injury On 5 - HT And Histomorphology Of Synovium In Acute Gouty Arthritis Induced By MSU In Rats

objective: We took an experience Chinese medicine of famousorthopedic expert professor Zheng Huaixian-jiaweixinshangyao as the treatment drug,and observed the pain factor5-HT in synovial tissue, the influence of thesymptomatology, histological changes of SD rats acute gouty arthritis modeled byMSU, to explore the mechanism treatment of jiaweixinshangyao, so that we can builda research foundation for professor Zheng,experience.Methods: We modeled the SD rats ankle for acute gouty arthritis with theimproved Coderre,s method by uric acid sodium solution. according to the randomnumber table, we selected72rats into groups: experimental group (jiaweixinshangyaogroup), drug control group (sanmiaosangroup) and model group, totally three groups(n=24).Randomly divided them into four phase point group (n=6),the12thhours,24th hours,3rd days,5th days after modeling.4hours after modeling,weout-medicined three groups by jiawei xinshangyao,sanmiaosan and powder,andchange them every24hours.In case of the rat bite the medicine,we closed them into ahomemade glass bottle which invented by ourselves.Since4hours after modeling, weobserved the model rats ankle skin temperature changes, diameter, gait and detectedthe5-HT change and symptomatology change. SPSS20.0applied statistics softwarefor data processing.Results:(1) the jiaweixinshangyao and sanmiaosan can effectively relieve the ratankle joint swelling of rats by MSU, and curative effect is superior to the pure usesanmiaosan (compared with model group, P＜0.05, compared with sanmiaosan group,P＜0.05); Its curative effect from the early stages of inflammation beginning work(the24th hours compared with the12th hours, P＜0.05). jiaweixinshangyao andsanmiaosan can reduce the MSU to inflammation of rat ankle5-HT content insynovial membrane, and the curative effect is superior to the pure use sanmiaosan(compared with model group, P＜0.05, compared with sanmiaosan group, P＜0.05).jiaweixinshangyao can restrain and improve the MSU to inflammation of rat anklesynovial inflammatory reaction, inhibiting cartilage damage (compared with modelgroup, P＜0.01).Conclusion: the homemade glass bottle can effectively fixed rat to bite themedicine; jiaweixinshangyao and sanmiaosan can effectively relieve the swelling painsymptoms of acute gouty arthritis by MSU, control the development of acute goutyarthritis, repair the synovial tissue inflammatory injury; Model can reduce joint painfactor in the concentration of5-HT, speculated that it may be by inhibiting platelet release5-HT, so as to achieve analgesia effect. And jiaweixinshangyao curativeeffect is relatively simple to use sanmiaosan apply is curative effect better.
