Purpose:Diabetic gastroparesis is a kind of chronic complications of diabeteswith the mainly curative manifestations such as anorexia, postprandialabdominal distention, nausea and vomiting, belching.The disease is oftenrecurrent. When it is become serious, it will cause the form angular,malnutrition of patients, which seriously affects the patients quality oflife.Although there are many records of the disease inChinese medicine documents,they don’t have corresponding diabeticgastroparesis disease name and the dialectical treatment. This article is mainto summarize the diabetic gastroparesis treatment experience of Professor ZhuGuoru in order to provide the new idea for manifestations and diagnosis.Methods:My teacher has much clinical experience. Through collecting thePatient Record and consulting a large number of ancient documents of traditionalChinese medicine，I systematically analyzed documents for treatment of diabeticgastroparesis of my teacher, Summed up the characteristics of the diseasediagnosis, etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation, and thePotential medicine，summarized the diagnosis and treatment thought of diabeticgastroparesis of my teacher.Conclusion:Professor Zhu Guoru from the point of the view that the diseaseis secondary to diabetes of stomach and spleen lesions.The pathogenesis arediabetes for long time, weak organs, complex damaged in the emotions fail, dietdisloyal, excessive labor, etc.，which lead to lifting and middle burner Qimovement disorder. According to the damage level of Qi movement, this diseaseis attribute to “diabetes and fullness”and “diabetes and vomiting”.Theweakness of spleen and stomach is the reason why got this disease. Therefore,with the Digestion, the stomach Yin Nourishing liver Qi，this treatment shouldbe based on the improve the spleen and stomach to smooth the Qi. Besides, my teacher is good at using the prescription for invigorating spleen andsupplementing Qi.My teacher conducted the dialectics treatment with thespecific curative symptoms so that we can get the acceptable effects.
