Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis With Sini Powder And Zuojin Pill

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of sinisan and zuojinwan for the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE), and to explore its mechanism of action, to provide more safe and effective therapies for clinical treatment.Method:1. Selected the60cases of patients where were all diagnosed RE, from outpatient of Chengdu first people’s hospital in January2013and January2014,and divided these cases into groups such as treatment group and control group according to the sequence of treatment using random number table.2.Control group was given oral omeprazole20mg, bid, ac; domperidone10mg, tid, pc for eight weeks.Using the Traditional Chinese medicine " sinisan and zuojinwan" for Treatment group, Traditional Chinese medicine composition:chai hu15g、xiang fu15g、yu jin15g、zhi shi15g、huang lian3g、wu zhu yu5g、ban xia15g、hou po15g、wa leng zi20g、hai piao xiao20g、baishao10g、 gan cao3g. Taking method:one dose a day, boil with water300ml and to get150ml, simmer it once in morning and evening.Two groups of patients to quit smoking during treatment were temperance,not into the greasy and irritating food,not eating3hours before going to bed,raise the bed15～20cm. Close observation during the clinical symptoms, one week out. Patient referral, recording symptoms, signs Change, the treatment of endoscopic inspection before and aRer one meeting, in accordance with the domestic esophagitis grading criteria to determine the degree of inflammation level.During treatment were carried out security checks(general physical examination items, the three conventional laboratory tests, electrocardiogram, liver examination, possible adverse reactions)and efficacy of observation.3.Statistical analysis methods:statistical software SPSS17.0data for analysis. Information on the use of Level Ridit analysis, count data using X2test, measurement data using t test.Result:The comparison of improving Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect for patients with RE between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group; The comparison of preventing the recurrence of RE between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;The two groups can effectively improve clinical syndromes,to compare with the control group there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group had the same curative effect with the control group;The two groups could effectively improve endoscopic lesions, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same curative effect.The safety of the medicine before and after treatment in blood,urine,stool routine,electrocardiogram,renal function showed that the "sinisan and zuojinwan " without adverse reactions,better safety.Conclusion:Sinisan and zuojinwan had a highly effective such as improvement in the Chinese medicine syndrome,and could effectively reduce the recurrence of RE and so on.
