Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Negative White Lesions Of "Yishen Quyu" Therapy

Objective: Observation of "Yishen Huayu method" in the treatment of clinicalefficacy in patients with white lesions of the vulva in mechanism, possible to explore"Yishen Huayu method" in the course of treatment of white lesions of vulva.Method:120cases of vulvar dystrophy and TCM syndrome of kidneydeficiency and blood stasis type, were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group, each group had60cases. Treatment group were treated with QuBai granule oral+Qu Bai lotion+deLing Bai ointment. According to the typeof control group were respectively by0.05%clobetasol ointment,0.5%testosteronepropionate ointment, fish liver0.025%Fuqing song cream+2%testosteronepropionate ointment. The two groups were3months for a course oftreatment, menstrual withdrawal. To improve the clinical efficacy, kidney deficiencyand blood stasissyndrome integral, changes of main symptoms and signs wereobserved before and after treatment.Result:(1)Evaluation of clinical efficacy: treatment group totaleffectiveness88.33%, the comparison group total effectiveness is73.33%, asignificant difference between two groups (P <0.05). The treatment group was betterthan control group.(2) Comparison of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score: the totaleffective rate of treatment group, treatment group the effect is better than thecontrol group the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).(3)The main symptoms and signs: the treatment group after treatment of vulvarpigmentation, itching, pain improved significantly compared with the controlgroup, there was significant difference (P <0.05).(4)Evaluation of EGFR, the effect of Ki-67: the two groups can reduce theskinlesion in patients with EGFR, the expression of Ki-67, the differences werestatistically significant (P <0.01); and the internal and external treatment of Chinesemedicine group is better than western medicine group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).Conclusion:"Yishen Huayu method" can reduce the integral of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, improve the symptoms and signs, is an effectivetreatmentmethod for the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis typedystrophy of vulva. Its mechanism may be related to the decrease of EGFR, Ki-67overexpression.
