Objective:By way of retrospective epidemiological to collect and analyses stomach pain patient clinical data, in order to discuss the cognition of the ancient and modern doctors stomach pain syndrome distribution and its prescription, drugs awareness. The results will be used to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and to improve curative effect of gastric pain.Methods:Collecting modern and ancient TCM literature associated with stomach pain, systematically summarizing the stomach disease etiology, pathogenesis, clinical features, differentiation and prescription. Through clinical data collected from2012.01to2013.12in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine inpatient, of124patients with stomach who meet the inclusion criteria, after collecting cases by age, sex, onset season, as well as data specific TCM drugs, establishing a database, using Excel and SPSS19.0software, adopting t test, chi-square test, rank sum test to analysis the data that to Summarize stomach pain syndromes and distribution of prescription and drugs using regularity.Results:1. In this study of124patients collected with stomach pain, male and female’s ratio is1.18:1and the average age is51.73±16.880.2. Onset season of stomach pain sorting:winter>autumn>spring> summer.3. Occupational onset patients sorting:retired>staff>farmer> jobless>workers>students.4.70cases of predisposing factors have been investigated out of124cases, diet failure:29cases; emotional factors:18cases; alcohol:8cases; drugs:6cases; overwork:5cases; cold:4cases.5. Study on syndromes, spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome occupies the majority. Followed by disharmony between liver and stomach, deficiency of spleen and stomach, gastric yin of deficiency and stagnated blood of stomach Meridian cards.6. Basic prescription for disharmony between liver and stomach:chaihu, huangqin, zhike, banxia, houpo, baishao, chenpi, zisugeng.7. Basic prescription for spleen-stomach weak syndrome:gancao, huangqi, baizhu, fuling, baishao, dangshen, sharen, chenpi.8. Basic prescription for spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome:huangqin, huanglian, gancao, houpo, banxia, chaihu, yiyiren,chenpi, baikouren, xingren.9. Basic prescription for deficiency of stomach Yin insufficient:beishashen, maidong, shengdihuang,danggui, dangshen, baishao.10. Basic prescription for stagnated blood of stomach meridian:wulingzhi, puhuang, paojiangtan, muxiang, dangshen, yujin.Conclusion:this study, the proportion of patients with no significant differences between men and women; At the onset of autumn and winter are more concerned with falling temperatures and seasons, diaoshe failure; Patient occupation by most retirees, elderly nursing usually careless about itself of spleen and stomach weak, hence leading to morbidity; Predisposing factors in diet failure most associated with life, eating habits; Most often in patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, associated with the humid climate in the Sichuan basin, treatment should be heat-clearing and dampness, and relieve stomach pain, such as qingzhong soup and lianpo soup.
