Study On The Correlation Between Gastroscopic Manifestations And Different Syndromes Of TCM With Stomach Pain

Objective:On the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,We discuss the different distribution principles of the stomach pain explore the correlation among the Gastroscopic manifestations,tongue manifestations and gastroscopic manifestations by the method of inspection.And to research the microcosmic syndrome differentiation in the gastroscopic manifestations,the article studies the consistence between microcosmic syndrome differentiation in the gastroscopic manifestations and the macroscopic syndrome differentiation in the stomach pain and gives some refers for the clinical application.Methods: The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by the statistical methods.The article is to explore the the correlation between gastroscopic manifestations and stomach pain in syndrome differentiations of TCM.Results: (1) The syndrome of liver-depression and spleen-deficiency is the maximum , followed by the syndrome of spleen-stomach deficient cold pattern, and the types of syndrome sequence from high to low are as follows: Liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome > Spleen-Stomach deficient cold pattern > Yin deficiency of stomach > liver damaging stomach > syndrome of damp-heat obstructing in zhong jiao >blood stasis arrested stomach syndrome.(2) The charactors of stomach pain is mainly root deficiency and branch exess , the closest relationship with the liver.(3) There is a certain correlation between microcosmic syndrome differentiation in the gastroscopic manifestations and the macroscopic syndrome differentiation in the stomach pain.And the changes of types of syndrome among stomach pain are based on the changes of the Gastric mucosa. (4) Gastroscopic manifestations with congestive mainly are accompanied by red color tongue and mucosa edema mainly white multi-color; Gastroscopic manifestations with edema are accompanied by large tongue-shaped tongue for teeth prints.(5) Stomach Yin deficiency syndrome are the most in Gastroscopic manifestations with mosaic-like change, the red and white with red and white;The spleen-stomach deficient cold pattern are the most in Gastroscopic manifestations with alternating red and white to white-oriented in order to permit;The liver stagnation and spleen deficiency are the most in gastroscopic manifestations with alternating red and white.Conclusion: The microcosmic syndrome differerntiation of gastroscopic manifestations and the macroscopical syndrome differentiation of stomach pain have closely relativity,just as the gastric mucosa and the tongue. There is an obvious correlation between micro-and macro syndrome differentiations. The changes of types of syndrome among stomach pain are based on the changes of the Gastric mucosa.And the types of syndrome among stomach pain are able to reflect the changes in gastric mucosa.
