Purpose:The research is about the soothing effects of TCM flavored Shenlingbaizhusan prescription towards the chemotherapy of postoperative ovarian cancer.Material and method:41 cases of oarian cancer patients classified by FIGOⅢ-Ⅳwere divided into the treatment group (TCM combining with western medicine treatment group) and the control group (western medicine treatment group). There were 20 patients in the treatment group, and 21 patients in the control group. Western medicine treatment group was given venous chemotherapy by paclitaxel+carboplatin. On this basis, TCM combining with western medicine treatment group was given TCM flavored Shenlingbaizhusan prescription. That could be done with the venous chemotherapy simultaneously,taking for 3 weeksResults:1. The clinical symptoms of TCM combining with western medicine treatment group improved obviously(P<0.05).2. Side effects:The severe reaction r and marrow inhibition of TCM combining with western medicine treatment group was less than that of western medicine treatment group(P>0.05).3. TCM combining with western medicine treatment group could reduce the using amount of diuretics.Conclusion:1.TCM flavored Shenlingbaizhusan prescription could improve the clinical symptoms of chemotherapy of postoperative ovarian patients obviously, and increase their living quality.2. TCM flavored Shenlingbaizhusan prescription could reduce the side effects of chemotherapy for postoperative ovarian patients.3. TCM flavored Shenlingbaizhusan prescription could ease the ascites symptoms, and reduce the using amount of diuretics. Consequently, it was supposed that this treatment could reduce the side effects of diuretics.
