The experiments were conducted from 2008 to 2009 in the experimental station and the crop high yield physiological laboratory of Shandong Agricultural University, Taian, China. Fenghua1 was chosen in this study. The experiment designed in pot experiment. The effects of different application methods of Fe, B and Mo fertilizer on the content of chlorophyll and activity of nitrate reductase in the third leaf from top were studied. The contents of fatty and its components, O / L, protein, total soluble sugar in kernel were also investigated. The main results were as follows:1 Effects of different application methods of Fe B Mo fertilizer on some physiological characteristics of the third leaf from topThe effects of different application methods of Fe B Mo fertilizer on Chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase activity and photosynthetic rate of the third leaf from top were visible. B and FeB different application methods could improve the peanut in different periods after flowering chlorophyll content. Fe, B, Mo fertilizer on different application methods after flowering during different periods in the leaves of nitrate reductase and photosynthesis rate increased in the role, especially improved that of 60 days after flowering obviously. Therefore, using Fe, B and Mo fertilizer could improve physiological characteristics, delaying leaf senescence. The roles of Fe, Mo were better, and Fe, B, Mo fertilizer application alone was better than the others. Fe, B and Mo fertilizer application by different ways improved the third leaf from top SOD, POD, CAT activity, reducing the MDA, solubling protein content increased significantly, in favor of delaying leaf senescence, and foliage spray did better than basal application and seed soaking.2 Effects of different application methods of Fe B Mo fertilizer on seeds quality related enzymesFe, B, Mo fertilizer application in different ways improved PPase activity in kernel inordinately. The effects of different fertilizers were better than the single application. Application Fe, B, Mo fertilizer could significantly improve GS activity of the third leaf from top in podding period, and promoted nitrogen metabolism: in the condition of Fe, B and Mo fertilizer single, Fe, B fertilizer basal application and Mo fertilizer foliage spray worked best; in the condition of FeMo fertilizer foliage spray, FeB fertilizer and BMo fertilizer basal application worked best; three condition was foliage spray >seed soaking >basal application. Fe, B, Mo fertilizer application in different ways improved GOGAT activity in kernel differently: Fe, Mo fertilizer foliage spray and B fertilizer basal application were the best in the condition of Fe, B and Mo fertilizer single; foliar application were the best in the condition of two or three combined application, significant difference compared with the CK. Foliage spray was the best, followed by basal application and seed soaking. Additionally, the study found that GS was related to GOGAT: the activity of GS and GOGAT went up higher and higher at the same period.3 Effects of different application methods of Fe B Mo fertilizer on yield and its constitution factors in peanut The effects of Fe, B and Mo fertilizer application methods on peanut yield were not the same. Basal application increased the yield of kernel except FeBMo, particularly, B, Mo, FeB, FeMo-based processing facilities were more than 10% yield. B and FeB fertilizer could increase the yield of peanut; the others were not significant or even yield reduction. Different fertilizer and match of foliage spray on peanut pod yield had a little effect. Description of the Fe, B and Mo fertilizer basal application increased pod yield better than seed soaking and foliage spray, Fe, B, Mo fertilizers of yield were good at separate application, respectively.The main reasons on Fe, B, Mo fertilizer increasing the pod yield were that the productivity per plant productivity and fruit weight (kg reduced the number of fruit) were improved, while seed soaking mainly increased in the rate of kernel, foliage spray on plant productivity and kernel rate were not affected.4 Effects of different application methods of Fe B Mo fertilizer on kernel quality in peanutIn addition, BMo with foliage spray, FeMo and FeBMo combined with basal application could significantly improve peanut seeds fatty acid content, the others increased a little. There were some treatments or even significantly decreasing fatty acids content. It showed that a reasonable application way of Fe, B, Mo fertilizer could increase the fat content of seeds, match was better effect than the single application, and foliage spray was overall effect basal application and seed soaking. Fe, B and Mo fertilizer application methods on O/L rate different effects were not the same. Mo fertilizer single application was the best in the condition of Fe B Mo basal application, O/L 1.62, B, FeMo, BMo, FeB and Fe followed. The effects of Fe, B, Mo fertilizer foliage spray on the O / L ratio was small, but seed soaking could significantly decrease the O / L ratio. Fe, B and Mo fertilizer on different application methods improved the peanut seeds linoleic acid content, reduced oleic acid content, clearly foliage spray >basal application>seed soaking; B fertilizer single and FeB fertilizers seed soaking were good at increasing arachidonic acid content.The effects of Fe, B and Mo fertilizer application methods on the content of protein were not the same. Fe, FeB, BMo fertilizer by basal application increased protein content, but the others did not. Fe, B and Mo fertilizer by seed soaking decreased protein content except B fertilizer single application. Fe, B and Mo fertilizer by foliage spray could increase protein content in different levels, while B, Mo fertilizer single and FeB fertilizer were the best. It showed that the content of protein was different by different methods of fertilizer application.Fe, B, Mo fertilizer basal application processing reduced the content of soluble sugars, while Fe fertilizer separate application and FeB fertilizers were the best. Fe, B, Mo fertilizer seed soaking processing increased the content of soluble sugars except Fe and BMo processing, FeBMo were the best. Fe, B and Mo fertilizer foliage spray processing increased the content of soluble sugars in different levels; B and FeBMo were the best.
