CephaLotaxus oLiveri is the pLant that under the second cLass state pretectiong of china, and constrate a muLti-use vaLue in one. However, because of its narrow geographic distribution, growth, harsh environmentaL conditions, the basic in the naturaL growth state, the number of existing resources are aLready very scarce and dwindLing popuLation, are endangered. The conservation and sustainabLe use of techno Logy such as breeding techniques, forest cuLtivation technoLogy research, no one has a more systematic study, therefore, its propagation techniques in this paper has done a preLiminary study. The main resuLts of this research were Listed as foLLowing:(1)After searthing, CephaLotaxus oLiveri prefer more wet habitats, muLti-born in high-aLtitude mountain northsLope, semi-shady sLope and vaLLey. Due to human destruction, as weLL as the impact of forest grazing and other activities found mostLy scattered its naturaL form and the "Mixed, doubLe Layer, uneven-aged" is primariLy in features, the pattern of popuLation there is basicaLLy no pure forest, They are in a passive adaptation status.(2)CephaLotaxus oLiveri Germinating view of sap in Late February, Leaf buds begin sweLLing by the end of March and earLy ApriL in between. Leaves began to show earLy in ApriL, hatching in Late ApriL, earLy in March earLy ApriL is the fLowering stage, fLowering about a month. There wiLL be young fruit in the middLe of ApriL, fruit maturity is at the end of September to earLy October.(3)Determinating with the way of 100 seeds, the CephaLotaxus oLiveri TGW is 2176.619g. Indoor germination rate is 69% and potentiaLity is 31.9%.(4)There was no significant impact between different media cuttings on the rooting of CephaLotaxus oLiveri, but the amount of per Lite rooting and root Length of its most significant impact, the average number is6.45 of roots perpLant, average root Length is 2.25cm.CephaLotaxus oLiveri is a highLy rooting pLants, Rooting rate can reach 60% in perLite, perLite+ash and sand. Hormones on the rooting rate was not significant, The rate was 91.67% when the rooting cuttings are treated with water. When the hormone ABT, KIBA handLing cuttings, the rooting rate instead of Lower,83.3% and 62.5%. However, the number of hormones on rooting and root Length has significant infLuence, with hormone treatment, cutting the average root voLume and average root Length better than treatment with water. The cuttings are treaed with ABT200mg/L for 30min, the rooting rate reached 100%, the average root 8.20and the average root Length 3.08cm.It is the best deaL,(5)The best disinfection optionsis75%aLcohoL disinfection of lmin, 0.1%mercuric chLoride disinfection CephaLotaxus oLiveri 15min.MS medium in Light under cuLture conditions is the best caLLus induction for CephaLotaxus oLiveri. And the rate in the MS+6-BAO.lmg/L+NAA0.5mg/L medium on the caLLus induction was 97.92%, and the caLLus coLor was green, the soft sticky texture sparse remarkabLe triaL, found that the kinds of caLLus couLd be further subcuLture. With Leaves as expLants in the MS+6-BA 0.1mg/L+NAA 3.0mg/L+2,4 D 2.0mg/L medium on the caLLus induction rate of up to 48.6%, Found that caLLus induced Leaves FoLLowing on behaLf of the organization as effective as Spear-induced caLLus is good, but it was very difficuLt to continue to grow in the subcuLture(6)CephaLotaxus oLiveri caLLus growth is very sLow, difficuLt to further induce differentiation. OnLy a bud can be induced at 0.02mg/L 2,4-D concentration, from ocuLation of 40 caLLus. However, with terminaL buds as expLants, and in the MS +6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 2.0mg/L to induce muLtipLe shoot cLumps, the induction rate was 93.10%, the bud was Light green, and after subcuLture 2 times it can be grow better.
