To investigate the growth performance and blood biochemical effects of Piglets by adding different doses of rare earth nitrate in the basal diet. According to age, weight, gender and other similar principles, 144 pigs, which were Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire crossbred with similar age and weight, were selected. The 21st weaning, were randomly divided into 4 groups 6 replicates, which replicates have 6 repeat(with three males and three females). Control group was fed basal diet. Test group were fed basal diet added 300,600 and 900mg/kg diet of rare earth nitrates. 7 days pre-feeding period. 28 days trial period. Weighed to determine the growth performance of each group in the test 14th, 28th days. After the test, fasting morning blood jugular vein before feeding, separating serum biochemical indicators of blood. The concrete result was showed: the Daily gain of test 1,2,3 group were increased 7.2% (P> 0.05), 28.1% (P <0.05), 20.4% (P <0.05);Average daily feed intake increased 14.8% (P> 0.05), 16.8% (P <0.05) and 16.0% (P <0.05).Feed conversion ratio decreased 3.2% (P> 0.05), 17.6% (P <0.05), 12.9% (P <0.05); diarrhea rate decreased 45.7% (P <0.05), 64.2% (P <0.05), 63.6% ( P <0.05);compared with the control group. Hairs index decreased by 25.09%, 28.98%, 22.97%, which difference was significant (P <0.05); Among them, the pre-test (1 ~ 14d) was better than post-test (15 ~ 28d).adding 300,600 and 900mg/kg RE ,Net income of per piglets In the diet were more than 6.10,30.30, and 21.29 yuan , compared with the control group.text group 2 by adding 600mg/kg is the best group. Biochemical indicators in blood, The serum urea nitrogen, glucose, triglycerides, total cholesterol and alkaline phosphatase levels would be reduced (P <0.05), and the serum total protein (TP), immunoglobulin IgG, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase levels (P <0.05) would be Increased in the normal physiological range by adding 300,600 and 900mg/kg RE; Other serum biochemical parameters was not significant (P <0.05). so adding rare earth can improve the daily gain of weaned piglets and feed conversion ratio in the 21-day weaning piglets based diets. improve Piglets nutrients to metabolic efficiency, also improve the economic benefits of pig. Thus, adding 600mg/kg RE can be achieved the best effect on growth, improve growth performance, reduce the diarrhea rate and improve immunity in weaned piglets.
