| Corn stalk is not only an excellent source of feed, but also an important industrial raw material. With the rapid development of animal husbandry and new energy, the utilization of corn stalk received increasing attention. Corn combine reaping both stalk and spike is equipment which can harvest corn stalk and spike at the same time. It achieves the corn stalk recycling, improves the economic benefits of farmers, and solves the problem of pollution caused by straw burning. Corn combine reaping both stalk and spike is the hot spot for future development.The stalk chopping and recovery device is core components of corn combine reaping both stalk and spike. Therefore, the research for stalk chopping and recovery device is more important. The rationality of the design of Stalk chopping and recovery is one of the most critical factor in determining whether the performance of corn combine reaping both stalk and spike is good or bad. Only the rational design of the structure and parameters can guarantee the quality of stalk chopping and reduce power consumption.Depend on the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the paper designed a new stalk chopping and recovery device for corn combine reaping both stalk and spike. This device includes the stalk feeding device, stalk chopping device, transport device and throwing device. Stalk-pulled roller with straight ribs, and enhances the ability for the stalk pulled. The moving-blades of mince-drum are in self-sharpening structure. There is no need to sharpen the moving-blades and reducing power consumption. Conveying auger and throwing impeller are connected by the tube axis, and transmission power respectively. Also, the speeds meet their requirements. The low-speed auger conveyor speed and the high-speed of the throwing impeller rotation ensure the output of the broken stalk.In this paper, the theoretical research and parameters design are carried for the stalk chopping and recovery device, and conducted field experiment. By analyzing and processing experimental data and studying the effects of various parameters on the stalk chopping performance, the paper determined the optimal program portfolio. The program portfolio raised the quality of stalk chopping effectively, and improved operating performance of corn combine reaping both stalk and spike. |
