With the rapid growth of the construction of the auxiliary-heating-container type biogas engineering, the manure pollution is being controlled, and the agricultural economy is being greatly developed. However, in the meantime, some problems about the technical standards and building norms of the biogas engineering are emerging. Therefore, a standardized system to strengthen the management of biogas engineering design, construction and acceptance must be laid down in order to ensure the project quality, safe production, material saving, and the increase of economic benefit. Based on repeated experiments and optimization of the various parameters of auxiliary-heating-container type biogas engineering, referring to the standards concerned, this paper establishes the main technical specifications, construction requirements and acceptance norms of the auxiliary-heating-container type biogas engineering. The basic technical specifications of the biogas enineering include the size of the main building construction and the steel gas tank cap, the processing equipment, the corrosion disposing and preservation of the equipment, the matching greenhouse design, the testing methods of the auxiliary-heating-container type biogas, the testing rules of the auxiliary-heating-container type biogas, product logos, packaging, storage; main technical specifications include temperature, pH, COD removal rate, gas production rate, the feed TS concentration, the methane content, biogas digester volume, retention period; construction requirements and acceptance norms include preparations for the main construction, pool material requirements, earthworks, construction requirements, backfill and seal measures. It holds that, in the whole construction process of the biogas engineering, such principles should be stuck to as"decision is scientifically made, the project design is standardized, the team is specializd, the construction is standardized, the property management is modernized"to make the biogas engineering construction gradually develop in the right direction, to speed up industrialization of the auxiliary-heating-container type biogas engineering. It is recommended that in future the technical qualifications of the auxiliary-heating-container type biogas engineering and the documents of construction and acceptance criteria should be reported to and approved by the governmental departments concerned first before the project is put into practice in order to make the biogas engineering construction gradually develop in the right direction, to speed up the industrialization of the auxiliary-heating-container type biogas engineering.
