Due to the large amount of chemical fertilizer application in tobacco production, the productivity of tobacco fields continued to decline, which caused many problems such as agricultural non-point source pollution, soil hardening, continuous cropping obstacles of tobacco planting. The application of bio-organic fertilizer can effectively improve soil structure and soil fertility;also maintain soil health and the sustainable development of tobacco production. In order to explore the most suitable ratio of bio-organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer in Panzhihua flue-cured tobacco planting, four treatments were set up according to the same amount of nitrogen(CK-N was supplied by chemical fertilizer;T10-fertilizer was supplied by 90%,bio-organic fertilizer was provided by 10%;T20-was provided by 80%,bio-organic fertilizer was provided by 20%.T30-was provides70% nitrogen and bio-organic fertilizer 30%.The effects of combined application of bio-organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer on nitrogen transformation in rhizosphere soil of tobacco and yield in addition to quality of tobacco were studied. It has theoretical and practical significance for application of bio-organic fertilizer in Panzhihua tobacco. The main results are as follows:(1)Compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer, different proportion of bio-organic fertilizer combined with inorganic fertilizer could effectively improve the activities of soil protease, dehydrogenase and urease. The synergistic effect of enzymes related to nitrogen transformation accelerated the mineralization of organic nitrogen in soil. The contents of total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in the soil treated with biological organic fertilizer were significantly higher than those treated with chemical fertilizer alone. The higher the proportion of bioorganic fertilizer added, the higher the contents of various nitrogen-containing compounds in the soil, which provided a basis for the growth of tobacco.Sufficient nitrogen supply significantly increased the contents and accumulation of total nitrogen, amino acid nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco plants at different growth stages.(2)The T20 treatment reasonably improved soil fertilizer efficiency during the growth period and maturity period of tobacco, which could effectively improve the agronomic characteristics of tobacco plants and greatly increase the dry matter accumulation of various organs of tobacco. At the same time, the proportion of plastid pigments was reasonably controlled and the chlorophyll content was reduced at the ripening stage, which made tobacco yellow normally, ensured the normal flue-curing of tobacco, and improved the quality and efficiency of tobacco production.(3)The combination of bio-organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer could significantly improve the quality of tobacco, balance the harmony between the chemical indicators, and significantly increase the economic indicators of tobacco. The output value of the treatment with bio-organic fertilizer was significantly higher than that of the treatment with chemical fertilizer alone. The output value of the treatment with T20 was the highest, followed by the treatment with T10.In conclusion, the ratio of 20% bio-organic fertilizer and 80% chemical fertilizer increased the activities of soil nitrogen supply and soil nitrogen conversion related enzymes, which was most conducive to the growth and yield of tobacco, thus effectively improved the quality of tobacco. It was a suitable fertilization method for local tobacco cultivation, and had great potential for popularization and application.
