In order to study the influence of organic matter content and nitrogen conditions to yield and quality of tobacco. We conducted field trials randomly arranged in Ji’an City in Jiangxi Province. This experiment was carried out with tobacco variety K326 for materials, under 120Kg/km2,135Kg/km2,150Kg/km2 of nitrogen conditions, according to the organic matter content of 35.15%,50.15% and 65.15% of three different formulations of organic manure and inorganic fertilizer combined application of fertilizer program, the field test to research different formulations of organic fertilizers and nitrogen ratio on the amount of flue-cured tobacco growth, agronomic traits, the impact of tobacco chemical components and economic Characteristics of the roast. The results showed as follows:1) At the early growth stage of tobacco, Application of organic manure treatment group tobacco growth traits was better than that of inorganic fertilizer. Application of more nitrogen has a promoting effect on the growth of tobacco. But the amount of nitrogen application for the treatment of 150Kg/hm2 shows in the late growth stage over growth, mature period postponed and tobacco is difficult to bake. During the whole growth period, when the nitrogen rate was 135Kg/hm2, the treatment that organic matter content of organic fertilizer is 50.15%, the growth traits of tobacco was better.2) Application of organic fertilizer can make the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium in different growth period of flue-cured tobacco more suitable, it can prevent the lack of nitrogen in early growth stage of flue-cured tobacco or in the late growth stage nitrogen excess, increasing the content of phosphorus and potassium of flue-cured tobacco in different growth period. When the nitrogen rate was 135Kg/hm2, the treatment that organic matter content of organic fertilizer is 50.15%, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content of flue cured tobacco more in balance.3) Application of organic fertilizer is helpful to improve the internal quality of Flue-cured Tobacco. When the nitrogen rate was 35Kg/hm2, the treatment that organic matter content of organic fertilizer is 50.15%, the content of chemical components in tobacco and the ratio is more harmonious. Inadequate or excessive nitrogen is not conducive to improving the quality of Flue-cured tobacco.4) Inorganic fertilizer combined with organic manure could improve the economic character indexes of flue-cured tobacco. The low nitrogen rate will reduce the yield of Flue-cured Tobacco, and the high nitrogen rate could make tobacco growing excess in late growth stage, mature period postponed and tobacco is difficult to bake. When the nitrogen rate was 135Kg/hm2, the treatment that organic matter content of organic fertilizer is 50.15%, Flue-cured tobacco economic traits were good, not only can improve the quality of tobacco, and can ensure enough yield.5) After tobacco harvest, the treatment that Apply organic fertilizer, both the content of soil organic matter, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium are improved. This shows that when the organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer combined application can improve the physicochemical properties of soil nutrient status.Combined with the test results, according to the status of soil fertility in Yongfeng County of Ji’an City, when the nitrogen rate was 135Kg/hm2, the treatment that organic matter content of organic fertilizer is 50.15%, the quality, yield, production value of flue-cured tobacco is better.
