The forest is as the important ecosystem and natural resources on the earth, is the indispensable natural resources of human survival and development. Besides having its one's own economic function , also have ecological function of conserving water and soil , checking winds and fixing drifting sand , regulating the climate , purifying the atmosphere and bringing up the living beings , beautifying the environment. With the increase and aggravation of human activity of population of the earth, the development and increase of use to the forest reserves, the forest reserves on the earth are poor day by day. The immoderate cutting down of the forest makes the variety that the global it warm and biological constitute a threat to , even threaten the whole human living environment. Protect already agendas of various countries of rising space of forest reserves. As to a country of poor forest such as our country, the protection of the forest reserves and compensation of the forest ecological benefits seem more urgent and more important. So our country set up reasonable, effective forest ecological benefits compensate system show important even more. But the study on this system of our country is still very scarce at present. Thesis this plan ecological value in forest carry on in-depth analysis , dialectical analysis our country existing forest ecological benefits compensate legislative process , existing defect of system.Thus construct the basic theory of the ecological compensation system of forest and basic principle; Have studied forest completion and innovation of compensating the system of ecological benefits of our country emphatically.
