With the pesticide using for a long time, the "3R" serious problems (Resistance, Resurgence and Residence) has produced. Seeking secondary metabolites with biological activity to the harmful organisms from plants, after separation, depuration or taking as the template to the new artificial synthetic pesticide has become the classic of the contemporary pesticide research.Xanthium sibiricum has much application value in medicine, pesticide and other fields. It was callus cultivation system, tissue cultivation technology system of Xanthium sibiricum, antifungal activity of callus extract to Botrytis cinerea Pers. and so on that were preliminarily discussed and researched in this experiment. At the same time, the extract antifungal activity of wild, cultivation and tissue cultivated Xanthium sibiricum were comparatively researched in five testing fungus by the growth rate method and cucumber cotyledon method. The conclusions were as follows:1. The Xanthium sibiricum callus was induced on the MS culture medium attaching different kind and concentration hormone by Xanthium sibiricum blade, petiole and stem as explants. The tissue culture condition, the culture medium of rapid growth and good character callus were systemly researched. Through the research we discovered that 0.1% mercuric chloride disinfected 5 minutes was an ideal treatment. The callus grew quickly under illumination cultivation and the character was good. The different hormone combination and concentration proportion medium to the callus inductivity had a remarkable difference. Xanthium sibiricum was sensitive to 2,4-D and not suitable to induce callus.The MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L and MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L were the best mediums for induction callus. The leaf and the stem section were the most suitable explants to induce Xanthium sibiricum callus, which had good properties, early forming, high inductivity, large quantity, loose texture, high vigor and appeared light green.2. Taking the stem sections with axillary buds of potted plants in room by the wild Xanthium sibiricum seeds as explants, the tissue culture technology was preliminary studied. Through the research we discovered that the stem sections of Xanthium sibiricum with axillary buds in the medium of different hormone proportion, axillary bud sprouting rate, buding time and growth condition had an obvious difference.The MS and MS+KT2.0 mg/L were the best medium in inducing axillary buds germination of Xanthium sibiricum. The inductive effect was the best. The Xanthium sibiricum stem sections multipled higher in the medium of MS+6BA1.0mg/L+GA32.0mg/L,which was the better medium for clump buds induction of...
