The Effect Of Altivatiaed Structal Adjustment For Crop Pests And Its New Contral Countermeasure In Luoyang

Research on the change of main crop cultivated area of Luo Yang city (wheat, maize, sweet potato, rice, soya, peanut, cotton, baccy, apple, vegetable), and the disserving degree, occurrence area and rule of main pest in 1951 to 2005, combining with planting structure adjustment, summarized the effect of planting structure for the main pest. According to the investigation over the past 90's, the occurrence of pest in Luo Yang City existed several following aspect: (1) main pests still expanded, and the loss increased; (2)The less important pests and the controlled one have risen again; (3) New pests appeared unceasingly and quickly; (4) The significant pests often broke out in some part of the city; (6) The less important pests turned into main pests; (7) The development of the high beneficial crop brought new problems; (8) the kind of greenhouse vegetable-crop pests increased , and the difficulty of prevention and cure enlarged.The main cause: (1) Reformation of cultivation system provided advantage for some pests; (2) Facilities cultivation had optimized pests'occurrence environment; (3) Integrated pest management are lack; (4) The natural enemy control was reduced.Aiming at the new problem for the pests occurrence after the cultivating structural adjustment, the plant protection should change the management for the pest which served for grain and cotton under a planned economy system, turn to manage fruit, vegetable, flowers and plants together. Continue to supervise and control the pest of grain and crop, simultaneously , carry out investigation , introduce new skills and technique and solve the key problems of plant protection, serving better for agricultural economy under the new situation. Need to carefully carry out the protection guiding principle "prevention is the top priority and integrated management ", center on raising the quality and output, consider synthetically breed, weather and pests facters. Based on the scientific cultivatied managment, optimize farmland environment, especially facilities cultivation, create a useful condition for crop growth but for pests occurrence, control the main pests, strengthen the crop's resistance.
