The experiment carries on the plant specimen garden of AUH in 2005-2006. Takelate-maturing variety adzuki bean Jihong-4 as the experiment material, establishes 12 hourshort-daylenth as the photoperiod treatment day-lenth, until the first couple leaves breaksground, the treating starts. Establishes 5 leaf ages treatment, Take the treatments as thecomparison, which are natural light and continuously treating of short-day for 5 leaf ages.Studies the effects for flowering, sharp, photosynthesis physiology, material accumulationand the yield, main test result as follows:1 The short-day treatment of different leaf ages changed the plant advancementobviously. Compares for every leaf age, younger the leaf age is, earlier mature is, shorterthe whole period of duration is, but the processing change is only in front of the firstflowering time, reduced the vegetative growth time, change the reproduction to growsooner or later, but substantive reduces the total time by no means which there productiongrows, the short-day effects greatly reduced after enters the reproduction growth laterperiod, and the influence is very little to the mature period.2 The activity of NR(nitrate reductase) under LF(leaf age) treatment is higher than CK(natural light) treatment on the whole, and is lower than SD(continuous short daylenth)treatment; The content of the dissociation amino acid under these three treatments show adescend trend along with the leaf ages accretion, but the inducement increasing the contentof dissociation amino acid, different leaf ages leaves show some difference, and alternatingrise with SD treatment; Inducement can reduce the content of soluble sugar, andcontinuous inducement shows a accumulation effect; 2LF is the most sensitivity stage forsoluble protein under photoperiodic inducement, From this stage, each leaf indumenta canreducing the content soluble protein, but continuous inducement reducing rising it.
