The plant A. trifoliata is a defoliated vine, which belongs to Akebia Decne of Lardizabalaceae. There was centuries-old history as a medicine, and it was been recorded in many literatures. The root and caudex can clear the fire in people's body, accelerate pee, regulate catamenia and hasten the exudation of latex. It has abroad dosage in Chinese medicine. In recent years, Aristolochia manshuriensis kom. has been forbidden because it can lead to nepropathy, A. trifoliata was writeen in《The codex of China》as one of the caulis akebiae. Its value in remedy and economic beneifit will heighten increasingly.The A. trifoliata in China distributed centralized and abundant, but because of the lack of unified management and the excess cut recent years, the wild A. trifoliata resources had been destroyed in a certain extent. Carry through the study of its resources can be the basis of other research such as selecting the good breed, developing the genetic theory and biotechnology. Establish the uniform descriptors and data standard is very pivotal and have many advantages. It is propitious to conforming the whole resources of our courtry, making criterion to the collection and conservation of A. trifoliata and creating a favourable eviroment to the sharing of all the information. The establishment of the data standard can also in favor of the proper resources using of A. trifoliata. After the collecting and investigation research, the develop of A. trifoliata may enter into a more well-ordered and high-efficiency way and then can accelerate the speed of its development to show its full value to society.The research investigated the growth of A. trifoliata in six provinces China, collected 73 germplasm resources of A. trifoliata, which had biggish differences in biological characters. Analysed and appraised these germplasm resources on biological characters. Investigated the anatomy structure of A. trifoliata. And took the experiment to find the best method to cuttage A. trifoliata's tress. Ultimately constituted the descriptors and data standard of different germplasm resources of A. trifoliata. The main results of this research could be concluded as followings:1) We have led an in-depth and detailed investigation of the wild A. trifoliata as well as the cultivated in the main regions where produce A. trifoliata in China. The investigation included many factors such as geography factors, entironment, peculiarities and so on. Based on the investigation we summarized the actuality of the using condition and then pointed out the problems existing in the using of A. trifoliata. More or less, we have put forward the referrence counter measures to solve the problems.2) The paper studied on the diversities of different A, trifoliata from all morphology characters including root, stem, leaf; flower, fruit and seed. Anova and the analysis of principal component(PCA) were then carried out to discuss the diversity and even the genetic variety of all those resources of A. trifoliata. The results showed that there are most significant differences with every index of fruit, and the differences of fruit were biggest among germplasm resources. The 16 biological characters were came down to four main characters: fruit factors, leaf factor, seed factors and pulp factors, by PCA, and 73 germplasm resources were divided into five types by cluster. All of which offered the important morphological foundation for the collection and the choice of excellent germplasms of A. trifoliata.3) By dint of paraffine slice up technique and Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope (ESEM), research the microstructure of leaf and stem of A. trifoliata in-depth. Established the basic for lucubrate.4) By HPLC measured the hederagenin and oleanolic acid of every germplasm resources, the results showed the contents of hederagenin and oleanolic acid are abundant, and the differentia between every germplasm resources are remarkable.5) Done the cuttage experiment, the results show when we dip 73 germplasm resources in the radication ABT1 and GGR6 which concentration were 50ppm, the inarch survive easy. Simultaneity, we constituted the method on manage the cuttaged inarches. Established the nursery for germplasm resources of A. trifoliata.6) According to the relative principles and rules, we have constituted the descriptors and data standard of different germplasm resources of A. trifoliata. The final standard database is huge and involved geographical character of distribution, morphological character, and quality character etc.
