In the 1980 s,the plastic film mulching planting technology was introduced into Xinjiang and used for the cultivation of cotton and other economic crops.However,over thirty years of plastic film planting has caused serious damage to the soil structure of the cultivated land and brought white pollution to the ecological environment of the cultivated land Therefore,the mechanized recycling of residual plastic film on cultivated land has become an important issue.Aiming at the problems of automatic stripping after the residual film recovery operation of the most widely used elastictooth residual film recovery machine in Xinjiang,this paper has designed a spring tooth type rotary unloading mulch film residue collector.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyze and organize the survey data of cotton fields in Xinjiang,collect residual film samples in the cultivated layer of 0~30cm cotton fields,and carry out the tensile test of residual film,and use the residual film tensile force of 3.57 N as the rotative film removal residue The basic data of the design of the membrane recycling teeth of the membrane recycling machine is referred to.(2)Design a wide folding frame to determine the load of each part of the frame;design the hydraulic cylinder of the folding frame and check its strength;determine the ultimate shedding angle of the membrane spring and define the membrane spring There is a positive correlation between the ultimate shedding angle and the storage space of the membrane;the force analysis of the membrane spring teeth is determined to determine the load size of the membrane spring teeth and the soil entry angle range of the membrane spring teeth is 18°~35°;Pattern design: The arrangement of the membrane elastic teeth is staggered.Design a rotating stripping mechanism and a transmission connecting disc;use a torque wrench to test the stripping torque of the stripping mechanism and determine the hydraulic motor model is BM3-400.(3)Import the three-dimensional model of the frame and the membrane elastic teeth established by SolidWorks into Ansys workbench,and perform linear static structural analysis and modal analysis.Conduct a comparative test on the stripper blade material and determine that the blade material is synthetic rubber;the residual film recovery rate test program uses the principle of orthogonal test design,with the residual film recovery rate as the evaluation index,and the combination of the radius of curvature of the film elastic tooth and the operation Depth and operating speed are the influencing factors,and field trials are conducted;the test data is analyzed to obtain the primary and secondary relationship of the influencing factors to the evaluation indicators;under the optimal working parameter combination,the residual film recovery rate reaches 84.14%,and the removal rate reaches 98.67%.
