Study On Regulation Of NAA On Potassium Nutrition Of Tobacco And Main Quality Indices Of Tobacco Leaf

The focal point on potassium nutrition of flue-cured tobacco was to increase leaf K₂O content.Leaf K₂O content is one of the important quality indices for flue-cured tobacco. Because of the present low K₂O content of tobacco leaves in China,The paper mainly studied on regulating effect of NAA on tobacco nutrition,K₂O content of tobacco leaves and other main quality indice of tobacco leaf using sand cultures,pot cultures,and field experiments.Main results were as follows:1.Effect of NAA,top excision on accumulation and distribution of potassium in tobacco plantAfter topping,dry matter of tobacco plant continue increasing,NAA＞topping＞notopping. Yield of tobacco leaf was increased by NAA and topping;after topping,K₂O content of tobacco apparatus was decreased.When harvesting K₂O content of tobacco leaf was no-topping＞NAA＞topping,K₂O content of stem was no-topping＞NAA＞topping,and K₂O content of root was topping＞NAA＞no-topping;after topping,K₂O accumulation in tobacco plant increased,when harvesting K₂O accumulation in tobacco leaf was NAA＞topping＞no-topping,K₂O accumulation in stem was NAA＞topping＞no-topping,and K-accumulation in root was topping＞NAA＞no-topping.2.Effect of NAA applied on tobacco under different potassium fertilizer level on K₂O content of tobacco leaf and absorptivity of fertilizerUsing NAA under different potassium fertilizer level,Tobacco biomass,yield of tobacco leaf increased;Using NAA under different potassium fertilizer level,K₂O content of different part of tobacco leaf increased,especially increased potassium fertilize top leaf. Along with potassium fertilizer quantity increase,processing of leaf tobacco K₂O content increased range reduced gradually;Using NAA with different potassium fertilizer level, K₂O accumulation in tobacco plant and in tobacco leaf increased,Along with potassium fertilizer quantity increase,the processing of accumulation increasing was reduce gradually; Using NAA under different potassium fertilizer level,K₂O distribution in centre and top leaf increased,K₂O distribution in below leaf,stem,and root decreased;under different potassium fertilizer level,both biological absorptivity and economical.3.Effect of NAA applied in different environmentsAfter applying NAA on tobacco in different environments,yield of tobacco leaf,price of tobacco leaf,and rate of crackerjack tobacco increased;After applying NAA on tobacco in different environments,thickness of tobacco leaf,weight of unit acreage decreased,but and water content and time of buming increased;After applying NAA on tobacco in different environments,K₂O content,reducing sugar and total sugar increased,total nitrogen,nicotine content,protein and Cl content decreased;After applying NAA on tobacco in different environments,total sugar/nicotine,reducing sugar/sugar,nitrogen/ nicotine,and K/Cl increased.
