Effect of immunity function of Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide in B Lymphoid cellof chicks:In order to research Effect of immunity function of Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide,chicks were selected for the experiments, chickens were drenched with the Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide,astragalus polysaccharides,the Chinese herbal medicine compound decoction, physiological saline. After giving drug continuously for 7 days. The chickens were killed to detect EA rosette rate,ND antibody titer and take their bursa of Fabricius(BF),weigh them in and do these BF index at differently time segment, in order to approach the influence that compound total polysaccharides to immune function of normal chicken.The results showed that the Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide,Chinese Medical Formula Decoction and astragalan make ND-HI antibody titers , EA rosette rate and BF index improve,but the Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide best than others;Chinese Medical Formula Decoction better than astragalan;Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide better than Chinese Medical Formula Decoction and astragalan(p<0.05),and better than physiological saline obviously(p<0.01)。Expression study of Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide to Interleukin-12 and receptors in chicks:In order to research the mechanism of action of related growth factors and receptors expression to chicks growth, chicks were selected for the experiments, and the levels of mRNA encoding interleukin-12 and receptor in chicks were measured in each sample respectively for 12,15,20,25,30,37,44 and 51 days, with relative quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) using beta-actin as an internal standard. The results were as follows:the interleukin-12 and receptor mRNA's expression of feed the Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide,Chinese Medical Formula Decoction and astragalan are very striking compared with physiological saline(P<0.01); the Chinese herbal medicine compound polysaccharide is very striking compared with the three others(P<0.05); the interleukin-12 and receptor mRNA's expression of Chinese Medical Formula Decoction is better than astragalan,but their difference is not obviously.
