Study On The Effects Of Chinese Herb Medicine On Part Of Immunity Biochemical Indictor In Plecoglossus Altivelis

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of Chinese herb medicine on the growth performance,some biochemical indictors and immunity of Plecoglossus altivelis Temminck et Schlegel.Plecoglossus altivelis Temminck et Schlegel were fed by Chinese herb medicine at different levels of 0.5%,l%,2%respectively. The activities of lysozyme (LSZ), Superoxide dismutase(SOD), Catalase(CAT), Malondiadehyde(MDA), alkaline phosphatease(AKP), acid phosphatase(ACP) and FR were tested by fed different levels of Chinese herb after 35d.The result showed as follows:(1)After Plecoglossus altivelis Temminck et Schlegel was fed the Chinese herb medicine,The Spleen index,Thymus index and Weight gain were improved.0.5%andl%group were both significantly higher than in the control group(P＜0.05). (2)The activity of SOD was improved and MDA was reduced in the tested organs, 1%group was greatly significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.01) in the serum, kidney and spleen.T he activity of SOD in 2%group tested organs was less changed clearly than l%group. The activity of MDA of l%group in liver and kidney were greatly significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.01). (3) The activity of CAT in the three groups was improved differently after feeding Chinese herb medicine, l%group was greatly significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01) in the gill,kidney and serum.(4)FR and LSZ was changed with the different level of Chinese herb. The activity of LSZ in0.5%group had no evident change, 1%group was significantly higher than that in the group(P＜0.01),was greatly significantly higher in the liver, kidney and spleen.FR was significantly higher than that in the group(P＜0.01).(5) The activity of AKP and ACP in the group 0.5% was significantly higher only in the liver than that in the group(P＜0.05). The activity of AKP in the group 1% was greatly significantly higher in the liver and kidney than that in the group(P＜0.01), was the highest in the serum.The results indicated that added the Chinese herb medicine we used in the Temminck et Schlegel. Plecoglossus daily feed could improved the immunity capability of the fish, and so be good to healthy cultrure.
