In view of Hesperidin and Mosla Chinensis Maxim are very rich in our countryand containing antibacterial and antivirus bioactive components, this studyexplored the extraction technology of Hesperidin and Mosla Chinensis Maxim'sVolatile Oil,analysised and identified the active components of Mosla ChinensisMaxim's Volatile Oil,determined the effection of Hesperidin and Mosla ChinensisMaxim on pathogenic bacterium and Aspergillus Flavus. The main results are asfollows:1.The experiment determined the optimum Extraction condition of Hesperidin byuse of basic eth and extraction and acid precipitate method. That is: The extraction ofHesperidinwas three times, dry pericarpium aurantii: alcohol: sodium hydroxide(5%)was 1:10:10, diffusion temperature was 70℃, diffusion time was 4h, extraction ratiowas about 5%. The purity of extractive corresponded with standard preparation frommarket by infrared spectrum and HPLC.2.The main composition of Mosla Chinensis Maxim's Volatile Oil in HunanChangsha are Thymol, Carvacrol et al. The content of Thymol and Carvacrol are58.33%and 22.54%.3. Mosla Chinensis Maxim's Volatile Oil has a broad-spectrum antibacterialquality, It showed the obvious inhibitory effect on Colletorichum orbiculare,Colletotrichun gloeosporioides, Fusarium moniliforme Sheldon, Sclerotiniasclerotiorum. The minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Mosla ChinensisMaxim's Volatile Oil were 0.125 mg·mL-1,0.125 mg·mL-1,0.063 mg·mL-1 and theminimum inhibition concentration (MIC) were 0.125 mg·mL-1,0.063 mg·mL-1,0.063mg·mL-1 respectively. Hesperidins dissolved in the dimethylformamide inhibits thegrowth of Colletorichum orbieulare, Colletotrichun gloeosporioides, Fusariummoniliforme Sheldon, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the effect maybe weaker thanMosla Chinensis Maxim's Volatile Oil on the same condition.4.The inhibition of Mosla Chinensis Maxim's Volatile Oil on Aspergillus Flavus is very effective. The MIC is 0.15 mg·mL-1 and the MBC is 0.20 mg·ml.After 16halmost all the spore lose their ability of germination. Both Hesperidin and MoslaChinensis Maxim have obvious effect on the growth of Aspergillus flavus.
