Study on the residues and degradation dynamics of pesticides is a very important task to insure the safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It is also an important component of Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. N'-tert-butyl-N'-(3,5-dimethylbenzoyl)-2,7-dimethyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-6-carbo-hydrazide(JS118),a new diacylhydrazines insect growth regulator,was contrived by our country,featured by moeting hormone analog,high effect,low toxicity and low cost.It is an excellent substitute for high-toxic-insecticides.In this thesis JS 118 was taken as the research object and the researches was focuses on the following two main parts:firstly,a high performance chromatography method(HPLC)was established for determining JS118 residues in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat..Secondly,the degradation dynamics of JS118 in aquatic systems and Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.were investigated under laboratory condition.Samples of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.were extracted with methanol-0.1 mol·L-1hydrochloric acid(9:1)solution,followed by a second extraction in methylene dichloride.The analysis of JS118 was performanced on Zorbax SB-C18 column,and acetonitrile-water was used as the mobile phase with,gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 230 nm.This method established for the extraction of JS118 residues was simple and good reproducible.It is useful to studying on the extracting pesticide residues from Chinese medicinal materials.The degradation kinetics of novel pesticide JS118 in pure water and methanol -water(1:1)solution were studied under laboratory condition.The photodegradation and chemical degradation mechanism of JS118 residues in aquatic systems is discussed.Experimental results showed that the degradation kinetics equation of JS118 in pure water under lighting condition,in pure water under dark condition,in methanol -H2O(1:1)solution under lighting condition,in methanol -H2O(1:1)solution under dark condition were lnC=-0.0303t+2.2401,lnC=-0.0130t+2.3342,lnC= -0.0094t+2.3549 and lnC=-0.0031t+2.3537,respectively,and its half-life were 22.87d,53.31d,73.72d,and 223.55d,respectively.The degradation dynamics of JS118 residues in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.was investigated.Degradation kinetics equation of the three concentration of JS118 were lnC=-0.0054t+3.7762,lnC=-0.0059t+4.4348 and lnC=-0.0051t+ 5.1604,and its half-life were 128.33d,117.46d and 135.88d,respectively.Based on the studies,the degradation mechanism and influencing factors of JS 118 residues was discussed.This study provided a theory and experiment basis for the degradation investigation of JS 118 residues in natural condition.
