Pleurotus ferulae is one kind of wild precious edible (medicine) fungus in Xinjiang, not only nutrition ingredient is comprehensive but also content is high. In this paper, Pleurotus ferulae mycelium to test materials to mycelial growth rate, biomass, polysaccharide content such as indicators for the trial to study the Pleurotus ferulae liquid culture medium and best training conditions in the liquid medium by adding Iodine, iron, iodine in the mycelium, the absorption rate of iron content and indicators for trial to study Pleurotus ferulae mycelium enrichment of trace elements, for follow-up study provided a reference, the following conclusions:1. Definite Pleurotus ferulae best rocker culture medium composition contains brain 200g/L, glucose 30g/L, NH4NO3 2g/L, KH2PO4 2g/L, MgSO4·7H2O 1.5g/L. The optimum fermentation conditions are initial pH 6.5, 120r/min, 5 days of the fermentation time, 10% of inoculation volume, fermentation temperature 25℃and 80 mL /250mL liquid medium per flask. The mycelia dry weight is 0.83g/100mL, 21.7 % higher than that under the original conditions (0.65g/100mL);EPS with the productivity of 2135.44μg/mL under the fermented conditions, 31.9 % higher than that under the original conditions(1454.63μg/mL).2. Through Concentrate experiment of Pleurotus ferulae's single element to determine I in culture medium most suitable recruitment, finally indicates: Add different density in the solid medium KI to carry on the experiment, when KI density is 0.30g/L, the mycelium growing trend is good; When density increase 0.90g/L, the mycelium growth has received slight inhibitory action; But density high than 1.2g/L, suppresses the mycelium growth seriously. In the mycelium I quantity increases in the liquid media along with the culture medium I density increases. Pleurotus ferulae mycelium absorption I efficiency increases along with the culture medium density has the drop tendency. When density add up to 0.2g/L, the absorbed rate is very highest, is 1.15 %. Obviously Pleurotus ferulae mycelium has defferent concentrative degree to I.3. Through Concentrate experiment of Pleurotus ferulae's single element to determine Fe in culture medium most suitable recruitment, finally indicates: The suitable density trace element can promote growth of mycelium obviously, enhances mycelium biotransformation ability and organic trace element content.The experiment has determined best adding density in the culture medium, Fe density is 0.1-0.3g/L. Pleurotus ferulae can carry on effectively to Fe element'concentration and transform, Fe element has growth promotion and toxic suppression duality to Pleurotus ferulae mycelium, has promoter action in the low concentration scope to its growth, but suppresses its growth in the highly concentrated scope model of domestic virtue.
