Trichoderma is a kind of filamentous fungus which antag other fungi, it exists in soil, plant residues, roots, leaves and seeds, bulbs and animal feces on the surface. As a resource-rich antagonistic organism, Trichoderma is coming more important in plant disease prevention.The formulation of wettable powder of Trichoderma with each gram 500 million living conidia and the product quality analysis are established depend on two aspects: First, the detection Trichoderma conidia quality indicators Second, the screen adjuvants that can with good biocompatibility with conidia. Through researched on the formulation of the wettable powder of Trichoderma, The effect of wettable powder of Trichoderma to control tomato Botrytis cinerea is good. And then, the formulation of the water dispersible granules of Trichoderma with each gram 500 million living conidia is established. The main results could be summarized as follows:1 Tests on quality parameters of Trichoderma conidiaThe number of Trichoderma conidia is 1.46×1010 cfu/g with a haemacytometer and microscope. The water content of Trichoderma conidia powder is 2.28% with oven on 100℃for 2 hours foe 3 times. The germination rate of conidia is 82.19%, on WA culture medium at 28℃for 24 hours.2 Determination of the formulation of WP of Trichoderma with each gram 500 million living conidiaSmash pressure is general 0.8~1MPa in industrial production. The germination rate of conidia is less than 20% with this pressure. So, took the separated method. The research on biocompatibility showed that carriers (diatomite, A1), wetting agents (B1,B5) and dispersing agents (C2,C4,NNO,C8,C1) are seasoned with Trichoderma conidia. Through researched on the formulation of the wettable powder of Trichoderma, the optimal formulation were confirmed as: the content of wetting agent B5, dispersing agent C4, protectant agent UV-1, and stabilizer E are 4%, 6%, 0.3% and 0.2% respectively. Synchronously, adding packing A1 up to 100%.3 Tests on quality parameters of WP of Trichoderma spp with each gram 500 million living conidiaTests on quality parameters showed that germination rate of conidia is 78.26%, suspension rate of the production is 76.73%, suspension rate of conidia is 84.28%, and the dispersion time is 33s.The water content of Trichoderma conidia powder is less than 1.78%. The pH is 5~6.Determinate the germination rate of the live conidia every 15 days continued to 150 days. The results shown quality come up to the formulation standard.4 Control effect in the fieldAccording to the modified pesticide effect test method, controlling effect test of the water dispersible granules of Trichoderma with each gram 500 million living conidia is carried out in the field with 50% procymidone WP and 20% chlorothalonil·dithofencarb WP as the contrast control. The results indicated that at 800 times concentration of the compound, the control effect amounted to over 75.23%. But it had no distinguished difference between 800 times and 1000times. The effect of wettable powder of Trichoderma to control tomato Botrytis cinerea is similar to the control pesticides when applied Trichoderma WP 800 to 1,000 times in field.5 Determination of the formulation of WD of Trichoderma with each gram 500 million living conidiaResearched on the formulation of the water dispersible granules of Trichoderma, the optimal formulation were confirmed as follows: the content of wetting agent B5, dispersing agent C4,C5, protectant agent UV-1, disintegration agent D2 and cement agent E2 are 3%, 5%, 1%, 0.3%, 5% and 2% respectively. Synchronously, adding packing A1 up to 100% is needed.6 Tests on quality parameters of WD of Trichoderma spp with each gram 500 million living conidiaTests on quality parameters showed the germination rate of conidia is 78.57%, suspension rate of the production is 82.75%, suspension rate of conidia is 88.91%, the dispersion time is 22 s and the disintegration time is 114 s. The water content of Trichoderma conidia powder is less than 1.52%. The pH is 5~6.Determinate the germination rate of the live conidia every 15 days continued to 150 days. Tests on quality parameters shown be come up to the formulation standard.
