Biogas fermentative residues is that after the straw crops and livestock manure produced the gas by anaerobic fermentative residues and waste water that are called biogas slurry and biogas dreg, which is applied widely in agricultural production and will have a positive role in soil fertility, amending soil, increasing crop yield and improving crop quality.This paper was organically integrated the utilization of biogas fermentative residues and the agricultural production. In order to screen out initially planting formula about biogas fermentative residues, to increase substantially output and quality of crops, to provide a basis of new fertilizers about organic fruits and vegetables and to guide production, the application of fertilizer was adopted to study the effects of biogas fermentative residues on fruit trees growth,output and quality and the ecological environment of the soil.In the experiment, red Fuji apple was chosen as sample crop, biogas fertilizer and chemical fertilizer were chosen as sample fertilizers.The results showed that:1. The content of nutrition and various harmful substances differs with different digesters.Compared with the biogas dreg of porject digesters, the total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of the biogas dreg of household digesters was increased by 17.160%, 29.911% and 31.039% respectively. Compared with the biogas slurry of porject digesters, the total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of the biogas slurry of household digesters was increased by 48.515%, 24.138% and 19.872%. The As was higher than biogas fermentative residues of project digester, but Cu, Cd, Pb, Hg, Cr was less than project digester.After the quality synthesis appreciation, it was known that in two kinds of biogas fermentative residues, the quality of biogas dreg of household digesters was the best, the quality of biogas dreg of project digesters was second, the quality of biogas slurry of household digester was third, the quality of biogas slurry of project digesters was last.Thoughth the determination of biogas slurry and biogas dreg, they have not been polluted and conform to the agricultural irrigation water quality and the agricultural pollutants in the sludge control standards.2. The application of biogas fermentative residues has the positive promoter action on the leaves, can increase area of leaves, the fresh weight, the dry weight and thickness of 100 leaves and the color of leaves of the fruit tree, can enhance the chlorophyll content and extend the effective time of photosynthesis and enhance the intensity of photosynthesis to create more photosynthesis products, raise fruit weight, and can increase the number of fruit branches and buds diameter, can cause that long, middle and short branchs are coordination and reasonable, and enhance performance of anti-disease and anti-insect.3. The biogas fermentative residues have significant effect on output. It increases production from 4.03% to 12.17% in biogas manure of household digesters and from 2.66% to 14.01% in biogas manure of project digesters, compared with the application chemical fertilizer.4. It framed the standard of quality of apple appraisement and classification based on this experiment and appraised the fruit quality of apple of eight treatments. The results showed that: the quality of apple appraisement index of NPK treatment was 7.4, the quality of apple appraisement index of BFR∶NPK=1∶4 treatment was 7.7, the quality of apple appraisement index of BFR∶NPK=1∶1 treatment was 8.0, and the quality of apple appraisement index of BFR∶NPK treatment was 7.7 in the orchards applied with biogas manure of household digesters; the quality of apple appraisement index of NPK treatment was 7.4, the quality of apple appraisement index of BFR∶NPK=1∶4 treatment was 7.4, the quality of apple appraisement index of BFR∶NPK=1∶1 treatment was 7.8, and the quality of apple appraisement index of BFR treatment was 7.4 in the orchards applied with biogas manure of project digesters. This sees that: the quality of apple BFR∶NPK=1∶1 treatment was the best, the quality of apple BFR∶NPK=1∶4 treatment and BFR treatment were second, the quality of apple fertilizer treatment was the last in the orchards applied with biogas manure of household digesters; the quality of apple BFR∶NPK=1∶1 treatment was the best, the quality of apple BFR∶NPK=1∶4 treatment, BFR treatment and NPK treatment were second in the orchards applied with biogas manure of household digesters. The quality of apple was significantly enhanced by applied biogas fermentative residues.5. Biogas fermentative residues could improve the physical and chemical properties of soil, and increase the permeability of soil and conserve water and fertilizer capacity and alleviate hardens and acidification of soil, could significantly increase content of organic matter, alkaline nitrogen, available potassium and available phosphorus of soil and could adjust the pH, which shows that biogas fermentative residues has the good improvement effect on the soil. Biogas fermentative residues could significantly improve urease, phosphatase and invertase enzyme activity of soil, and could significantly reduce soil catalase enzyme activity, to enhance mineralization required by the crop and could improve soil fertility. Biogas fermentative residues could increase microbial biomass C, microbial biomass N and microbial biomass P of soil and promotesoil respiration. Enzyme activity of soil could be considered as evaluating index the soil fertility through grey correlation analysis of enzyme activity of soil and chemical properties of soil.6. Through determineing the content of heavy metals of apple and soils,in short trem heavy metals of the soil was safe, the soil was clean type, heavy metals of apple has not surpassed the standard.7. The relationships between output of apple and organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, alkaline nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium reached extremely significant level in orchards applied biogas manure of household digesters; the relationships between output of apple and organic matter, available phosphorus reached extremely positive significant level, the relationships between output of apple and pH reached extremely negative significant level in orchards applied biogas manure of household digesters.The regression equations of output and chemical properties of soil have been established though principal component analysis to provide a theoretical at the local precise fertilization. yh=228.1152+8.7591Z1+1.5839Z2 yp=182.4287+0.6289Z1+0.9088Z2+8.4988Z3No relationships were observe between output of apple and field water-holding capacity reached extremely negative significant level in orchards applied biogas manure of household digesters, there was the conic section relation between the apple output and the total porosity of soil in orchards applied biogas manure of household digesters; There were the conic section relation between output of apple and field water-holding capacity and the total porosity of soil in orchards applied biogas manure of project digesters.
