The Effect Of Biogas Fertilizer On Output,Quality And Soil Nutrient Of Greenhouse Melon&Fruit

In order to clarify the effects of biogas fertilizer on growth indexes,yield and quality and soil nutrient conten of twatermelon,strawberry and honeydew melon,this study further explore the applied standard of fertilizer on watermelon,strawberry and honeydew melon,in order to provide technical support for biogas facilities safety production and reasonable application on fruit.This study adopted two factors randomized block design and applyed different biogas fertilizer on roots and spray different volume fraction of biogas fertilizer treated watermelon,strawberry and honeydew melon.Under greenhouse conditions,the test material is Qianding No.1,Zhang Ji and Cui Mi No.5,to studing the effects of biogas fertilizer different application on root and biogas slurry spraying volume fraction on output,quality and soil nutrient content of watermelon,strawberry and honeydew melon.Related test in Greenhouse of Dazhai village.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Biogas fertilizer can effectively increase the chlorophyll,leaf area,fruit weight,sugar content,VC content of watermelon.And spraying biogas slurry can significantly influence the titratable acid content and fruit weight of watermelon,when biogas fertilizer volume on root was8kg/m2,slurry spraying volume fraction is 50%,the single fruit and yield of watermelon is maximum,the comprehensive quality is best.2.Biogas fertilizer can improve the chlorophyll,leaf area,fruit shape index,fruit weight,sugar content,VC content and titratable acid content of strawberry.Spraying biogas slurry on leaf also significantly affect fruit shape index,fruit weight,the mass fraction of VC,titratable acid content of strawberry.when biogas fertilizer volume on root was 3kg/m2,slurry spraying volume fraction is 50%,the single fruit and yield of strawberry is maximum,the comprehensive quality is best.3.Biogas fertilizer can effectively increase the leaf area,fruit weight,titratable acid content and fruit hardness of honeydew melon,spraying biogas slurry also significantly influence fruitshape index,sugar content,VC content and fruit hardness.When biogas fertilizer volume on root was 25kg/m2,slurry spraying volume fraction is 50%,the single fruit and yield of honeydew melon is maximum.4.Biogas fertilizer have heavy effect on soil fertilizer.With the increase of applied the biogas fertilizer on the root and spraying biogas slurry on the leaf,organic matter and available phosphorus content of strawberry,s treatment combined soil and TN content of watermelon,s treatment combined soil changed a little,available phosphorus content,available potassium content and organic matter content of watermelon,s treatment combined soil has been downward trend,TN content of strawberry,s and honeydew melon,s treatment combined soil was first increased and then decreased,available phosphorus of honeydew melon,s and available potassium content of strawberry,s treatment combined soil first decreased and then increased,available potassium and organic matter content of honeydew melon,s treatment combined soil are increasing.In a word,the application of biogas fertilizer not only improved the growth index of fruit,but also increased the fruit yield and soil nutrient content,and improved the quality and taste of the fruit.Therefore,the application prospect of biogas fertilizer in the greenhouse fruit production is broad.
