Two micro-plot experiments were conducted with 15N trace technique to study the effects of the final and different stage of nitrogen application on the nitrogen distribution and using efficiency of sugarcane. The first one was designed with the final nitrogen applicaton at Jun .10th, Jul.15th, and Sep.10th, respectively. The second was designed with nitrogen application at planting, tillering and elongation, respectively..The results were as follows:1. Sugar cane stop using Nitrogen fertilizer early can improve chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, soluble sugar content, nitrate reductase activity, cid invertase activit of sugar cane in early time ,which is in favor of sugar cane growth. While sugar cane stop using Nitrogen fertilizer late can make sugar cane grow hearty in the late time which is make against accumulate of sugar. So sugar cane is not suitable for stop using Nitrogen fertilizer too late.2.Sugar cane stop using Nitrogen fertilizer early can improve length of sugar cane, in favor of improve of yield of sugar cane.3.The N using efficiency is increase by stop using Nitrogen fertilizer late. take into account of N using efficiency, sugar cane is not suitable to stop usingNitrogen fertilizer too early.4.of the 3 times of stop using Nitrogen fertilizer, take into account ofeffects of growth and quality of sugar cane and the N using efficiency, Jun.10th stop using Nitrogen fertilizer was the best.5. 3 Three times fertilizering Nitrogen fertilizer in sugar cane ,showed thelater fertilizering the N using efficiency is higher. Take into accout N usingefficiency, sugar cane only fertilizer for one time is not suitable.
