This research chose Henan Fangcheng Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza of four different types as material, adopted indoor and field trials combined, studied detail of Salvia miltiorrhiza of the different types of agronomic traits and dynamic accumulation of active ingredients, ISSR used molecular marker analysis techniques to explore the different types of Salvia miltiorrhiza the genetic differences.The main results were as following:1. Salvia miltiorrhiza seed germination rate and thousand seed weight is in positive correlation. Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 seed thousand seed weight is the most, the germination rate is also the highest in different germination temperature and germination bed.The followed seed germination rate and thousand seed weight is Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 seed;the quality of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4 seed is poor, thousand seed weight is minimum, germination rate is the lowest in different germination temperature and germination bed.2. Salvia miltiorrhiza plant height and stem diameter show the faster growth in the first than after, with the growing of stem elongation and the flower sprouts in early stage, the trend is fast-growing, after the completion of the reproductive growth, plant height and stem diameter stop growing or grow slow. After July, the height of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 is maximum, but the stem diameter is minimum.The stem diameter of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 is maximum, Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4 is minimum.The growth of overground part of Salvia miltiorrhiza show the trend of rapid growth in the early stage, with the branches and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza withered, fresh weight begin to drop. The fresh weight of ground part is Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3. The highest fresh weight of overground part of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 is in August.And that of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4 is the highest in July and September respectively.The first growth of underground part of Salvia miltiorrhiza is the number of root, and then the root length start growing rapidly, with the enlargement of the diameter of the root, thus forming an orderly growth in the turn.The number of the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza , root diameter and root length are directly related to the production of Salvia miltiorrhiza,the fresh weight of root of each Salvia miltiorrhiza plant performance the entire process of growth is the slow - fast - slow trend, and that of Salvia miltiorrhiza is the highest in November,and that of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 is the largest, Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 Secondly, Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 minimum.3.In the whole process of growth,Tanshinoneâ…¡A of different types of Salvia miltiorrhiza showed a low-high-low trend,and that of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1, Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 reach to the highest in September, yet that of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4 reach to the highest value in October, then began the slow decline.The content of Danfen suan B of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4 reach to the highest value in Stptember, and that of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 has two accumulated peak in July and September in the whole process of accumulation, with September's is the highest.The content of Danfensuan B of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 is the lowest in June,and reach to the highest value in August, then there has a decline, but until the harvest its content are in line with requirements of Pharmacopoeia (Tanshinoneâ…¡A not lower than 0.2 percent, Danfenshuan B not less than 3 percent).In the harvest time, stem yield / acre of different types of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 is still the highest; Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 secondly; Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 is the minimum.The highest value of the content of tanshinoneâ…¡A and Danfenshuan B of different types of Salvia miltiorrhiza is not in harvest time except Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4, and that of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 reach to the highest in October,then a slight decline in November,and that of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 reach to the highest in September, then the total content in a decline in harvest time.4.The number of flower of different types of Salvia miltiorrhiza is in a decline with the delayed flowering time, the decline in seed development andflowering rates are followed in the situation.The flowering of Yu Salvia miltiorrhizav 1, Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 are the highest rates of squid firm in April; to May ,the flowering of Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4 reach to the highest rates of squid firm.The comparison of seed-setting of natural hybrid of differen types of Salvia miltiorrhiza is as follow: Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4.After bagging,the comparison is as follow: Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3> Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 4.5. In the four types of Salvia miltiorrhiza, eight ISSR primers were amplified with 65, size from 250 bp to 2000 bp, in average,each primer can be amplified with 8.125, of which 47 were polymorphic bands, and more Daipu percentage of the state is 72.3 percent, in average,every primer is amplified with 5.875 polymorphism of the band.Based on ISSR bands and comprehensive data on four types of Salvia miltiorrhiza respectively,the UPGMA clustering analysis showed that Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 3 is a special type compared with the other three types; second, typeâ…£is a separate group, Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 is in the same a group for that Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 1 and Yu Salvia miltiorrhiza 2 has the closest genetic distance.
