The study was conducted to determine maximal activity of the NSP enzyme (cellulose,Pectinase, xylanase) which hydrolyzed cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, peanut meal in vitro to have the most net reducing sugar production quantity and optimum ratio activity of NSP enzyme (cellulose, pectinase,xylanase) which hydrolyzed miscellaneous meal in vitro.Under the condition of miscellaneous meal instead of soybean meal in varying degrees in the layers diet,research the effect of NSP enzyme addition in miscellaneous meal diet on egg performance of Layers, nutrient utilization of diet and conventional egg quality.Experiment.1 Study on Screening of NSP Enzymes Hydrolyzed Miscellaneous Meal in Vitro1. Study on the Maximal Activity of NSP Enzyme Hydrolyzed Miscellaneous Meal in VitroStudy on the maximal activity of NSP enzyme hydrolyzed cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, peanut meal in Vitro by the net reducing sugar production quantity.The results showed that: the maximal enzyme activity level was 30300U cellulose per gram cottonseed meal,22700U cellulose per gram rapeseed meal,22900U cellulose per gram peanut meal,19800U pectinase per gram cottonseed meal,37700U pectinase per gram rapeseed meal,43500U pectinase per gram peanut meal,39300U xylanase per gram cottonseed meal,19700U xylanase per gram rapeseed meal,18600U xylanase per gram peanut meal.2. Study on the Optimum Ratio Activity of NSP Enzymes Hydrolyzed Miscellaneous Meal in VitroUsed the design of ternary orthogonal in table L9(34), study on the optimum ratio activity of NSP enzymes hydrolyzed miscellaneous meal(cottonseed meal:rapeseed meal:peanut meal=9:9:6) in Vitro by the net reducing sugar production. The results showed that:20000U cellulose per gram miscellaneous meal,30000U pectinase per gram miscellaneous meal, 20000U xylanase per gram miscellaneous meal.3. Study on the Filtration of Optimum Ratio Activity of NSP Enzymes Hydrolyzed Miscellaneous Meal in VitroStudy on the optimum ratio activity of NSP enzymes hydrolyzed miscellaneous meal(cottonseed meal:rapeseed meal:peanut meal=9:9:6) in Vitro by the efficiency of net reducing sugar production quantity,which is 4 treatment.Experiment.2 Effect of NSP Enzymes Addition in Miscellaneous Meal Diet on Egg Performance of LayersThe choose 600 layers at 42 weekly ages, random dividing 5 treatments, the per treatment dividing 5 repeats,there were 24 layers the per repeat.The treatment A feed on all corn-soybean feed,while treatments B,C feed on corn,rapeseed meal,cottonseed meal and peanut meal based diets for layeys,test treatments D,E that based diets for layers of treatments B,C and addition of NSP enzymes for poultry.The normal trial lasted 56 days with egg performance of layers.The result showed that: Average feed intake ,average egg weight, ration of feed to egg, rate of broken eggs , rate of soft eggs and rate of dirty eggs were not significant during all these treatments(P>0.05).Compared with the treatment C, rate of broken egg of treatments B,E were increased significently (P<0.05), treatments A,B,D,E were not significant(P>0.05),but Treatments D,E dealt with the laying rate is higher than treatment A.Experiment.3 Effect of NSP Enzymes Addition in Miscellaneous Meal Diet on Feed Apparent UtilizationDividing 5 treatments, the per treatment dividing 5 repeats,there were 6 layers the per repeat.The treatment A feed on all corn-soybean feed,while treatments B,C feed on corn,rapeseed meal,cottonseed meal and peanut meal based diets for layeys,test treatments D,E that based diets for layers of treatments B,C and addition of NSP enzymes for poultry.A metabolic trial was carried out at the last day.The whole-faece-collected method was used to determing the effect of NSP enzymes on feed apparent utilization.The results were as follows:treatment D,E had better apparent energy digestibility(P>0.05),apparent fat digestibility(P<0.05), apparent fibre digestibility(P<0.01),apparent NDF digestibility(P<0.05), apparent ADF digestibility(P>0.05),apparent calcium digestibility(P>0.05),apparent Phosphorus digestibility (P>0.05) than treatment B,C.Treatment Ewas the best with apparent energy digestibility,apparent fat digestibility,apparent fibre digestibility,apparent calcium digestibility, apparent Phosphorus digestibility.Treatment D,E had lower apparent protein digestibility(P<0.05) than treatment C,but all treatments had higher than treatment A.Experiment.4 Effect of NSP Enzymes Addition in Miscellaneous Meal Diet on Egg QualityThe choose 600 layers at 42 weekly ages, random dividing 5 treatments, the per treatment dividing 5 repeats,there were 24 layers the per repeat.The treatment A feed on all corn-soybean feed,while treatments B,C feed on corn,rapeseed meal,cottonseed meal and peanut meal based diets for layeys,test treatments D,E that based diets for layers of treatments B,C and addition of NSP enzymes for poultry.The 56th day of the trial,randomly taken out 5 eggs from each repeat of each treatment ,study on the effect of NSP enzymes addition in miscellaneous meal diet on general egg quality,and then another 5 eggs were randomly taken out from each repeat of each treatment, study on the effect of NSP enzymes addition in miscellaneous meal diet on content of eggs.The result showed that:1)Effect of NSP enzymes addition in miscellaneous meal diet on general egg quality,the treatments were no significant difference (P>0.05)in the egg shape index, the ratio of egg yolk, egg yolk color, eggshell proportion ,Hough units indicators.But the treatments D, E were lower than treatments B, C with egg shape index, the ratio of egg yolk, Hough units indicators, and higher with the eggshell proportion; There is significant difference (P<0.05) between treatment A and treatment E in the egg yolk index, other treatments were not significantly different(P>0.05); In the eggshell thickness ,treatment A was significantly higher than treatment C (P<0.01),treatment E was significantly lower than treatment A (P<0.05),there were no significant difference (P>0.05) during treatments A, treatments B, treatments D. there were no significant difference (P>0.05) between treatments E and treatments C,too.but the eggshell thickness in treatment D,E have been improved in some content in contrast with treatment B,C. This showed that the NSP enzymes were to improve the quality of eggshell thickness.2) Effect of NSP enzymes addition in miscellaneous meal diet on content of egg.there were no significant difference(P>0.05) among treatments with content of water, contentof fat and content of calcium.treatment A was the worst with content of water;treatment D,E were higher than treatment B,C with content of fat, But with the increasing the amount of miscellaneous meal add NSP enzymes, this was lower trend with content of fat.treatment B was significant difference(P<0.05) in contrast with treatment C, other treatments were not significantly different(P>0.05),treatment A was the best.content of ash had significant difference(P<0.05) between treatment A and treatment C,treatment A was significantly higher than treatment D (P<0.01), there were no significant difference(P>0.05) among treatment B,C,D,E.Treatment A was higher (P<0.05)than treatment A,D with content of Phosphorus, there were no significant difference(P>0.05) among treatment A,B,C,D. all treatment were far below the national standard of food provided no more than 200 mg / Kg of the content with content of gossypol in eggs.
